The rooms were bare, not cleaned well, there was mold in the shower, the staff were not attentive, the price was too high, compared to what was offered, the bed was not comfortable, there was a coffee machine in the room, without coffee, the breakfast was very expensive, the bar kept us waiting without notice, and it didn’t open at the end, the reception kept us waiting way too long, because they wanted to train a new staff, etc., etc.

Clean, comfortable room. We always stay in the apartment rooms, giving us flexibility and more like home than a hotel room. Staff is always friendly and all speak English which we appreciate. Location is near the freeway, stores and multiple restaurants are close.
