Good vibes and very clean

Nice room and the guy at valet was super nice and personable. Bar and kitchen was eh.

Nice, clean hotel near all of downtown. We got woke up at 2am due to noisy people in the room next to us. The doors are so loud when they close so if people are coming in late and are being loud you will get woken up. Also not happy to pay almost $300 for a room and on top of that you have to pay almost $50 to have your car parked.

Took 3 times of being out in the wrong room to get the room I reserved only for them to double charge my account despite me telling them repeatedly I already pre paid through **********. I have no issue with an incidental hold but 594 dollars is not that.

Excellent hotel and location with fabulous beds as all Westins have. Dissapointed with Valey service they never came out to our car. When we went inside there were 2 valet who politely told us it would be cheaper for us if we just parked ourselves $9 less. Shocker that they literally takked themselves (tip $$) and the hotel out of money. Bad service there.

We were very pleased with the hotel cleanliness service and courteous staff. We had a very nice visit. Room was very clean and nice.

ice machine was broke on our floor and price was outrageous (due to concert in town) but other than that it was fantastic.

Parking was a concern. We arrived mid afternoon and needed the car to meet family that night. We either used valet parking for $49 or use public parking and paid $40 every time we took the car out.

Great stay at the Westin Indy! Rooms were very nice and staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Will definitely be back!

It was wonderful! From the time the young man opened the door for me to the time the young lady checked me out—WONDERFUL!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and it was very conveniently located to everything we needed, including the convention center. The staff was very friendly and willing to help and accommodate us. It was a nice stay.

No pool no hot tub no bath tub in room like expected. Hotel completely remodeled lobby area very beautiful. Rooms updated but not spectacular. Walls of room paper thin can hear every noise in hallway at night. Tv flashing and broken. I forgot something in the room and they were very accommodating letting me come back and get a new key to grab jt.

it was an amazing day all the people that work there were so helpful and so nice and the food in the restaurant was amazing. It was a nice hotel.
