辛辛那提梅森歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati-Mason, Oh)

The hotel was nice for a short stay with my family. Pros: there was one lady in particular that worked at the front desk on Friday evening and Saturday that was very friendly from the moment we checked in. Honestly her positive attitude contributed to our lack of complaints during our stay. The free daily breakfast was decent. There’s a nice variety and you can’t beat free (well it might’ve been included in the cost because I’m not sure what we really paid for) and one less meal to plan for my family. The hotel itself has nice character and is beautiful to the eye initially. The room that we were in was very spacious which was a plus! We didn’t have a chance to use the pool but from what I could see it looked nice. Cons - I believe this is becoming an issue with most hotels possibly due to staffing shortages but the cleanliness of the hotel and the room especially, lacked. Having an infant with us brought this to light. He kept bringing us things that we know for sure we didn’t bring into the room, like butter packets, toothpick/floss sticks and an abundance of hair that didn’t belong to us. And the carpet could certainly use a deep clean. The bathroom toiletries were very basic. The fridge left our food warm, I did notify the person at the front desk when we checked out but she didn’t seem to concerned. We couldn’t get lake check out (but I know that’s never guaranteed, it’s just the first time it’s happened to us lol) Overall it was a decent stay. I think we paid more for Location and hotel brand but we survived.

The continental breakfast was not up to previous Hampton experiences. Coffee was not hot several days in a row as well as the breakfast entrees. Each day the oatmeal was runny as if it did not have enough time to cook and chance to thicken, Area was clean and staff was available if needed anything, yet the breakfast not worthy .

Hotel was exceptional in all aspects. Very clean and well maintained. All staff were helpful and very friendly. Breakfast had a lovely selection and tasted great! Would highly recommend staying at this location!

Positives: good location, clean, staff friendly, quiet, good price. Cons: have to register with HHonors to use wi-fi, the room was way too HOT and you couldn’t control the stat at all, no cleaning services, beds are soft, continental area has odd set up with super short tables.

Pool was closed one morning. They said there was an issue with not enough staff to clean it. You only get maid service upon request. Yet another example of less service for the same money. Not enough seating in the breakfast area. Elevator reeked of ditch ****. Hampton Inn appears to be sinking to the likes of Red Roof.

The Hotel Door would not lock i reported to front desk thr guy said maintenance already left juat lock it from the inside and didnt offer to move us rooms , we didnt have towels in the bathroom i called front desk asking for some tells thought they would bring to us inatead told me if i wamted towels to come to the front desk to get them.

We had no hot water in the morning for showers. Front desk tried to blame it on a water leak and said was only off for a few minutes but the water leak occurred 30 minutes after we both had to take cold showers. Hotel appeared near capacity and system couldn’t handle the demand for hot water. Front desk only made excuses and seemed to not care that we had no hot water.

Second time at this hotel. For the price, rooms were clean, staff accomodating, and everything was just right. Breakfast wont win any awards, but for a free start to your day it does the job. And I cant get over how friendly the entire staff seems to be.

Clean hotel! Incredibly friendly staff who were actually interested in our reason for being there! Jen, very specifically, was amazing! There was a gentleman who worked along side her at night on the weekend too who was incredibly kind! I, sadly, cannot remember his name. Their engagement made the stay worth everything for me and my group! They made it personal and not just a hotel. I felt truly welcomed!
