白翼農場旅館(The Inn at Whitewing Farm)

Beautiful Property. We were greeted so warmly by Lance. He seems to really enjoy meeting people! We were hauling a large trailer and they were still welcoming and it was no issue. Room was cozy, we did order the optional Cookies and Milk delivery to our room and it was exceptional! Breakfast was delicious and every little detail made it extra special! There was a cot made up ready for our young daughter when we arrived in the room. The only reason for 1 star off was the age of the room showed a tiny bit but that is understandable in a historical inn. But it did not leave us wanting and we were happy with our 1 one stay!

Charming grounds with a lake, and just a few minutes from Longwood Gardens. Includes a lovely, full breakfast and cookies and coffee all day long. We had a small apartment on the lake, very personal and quiet. Managers are very helpful with suggestions for local sites.

We had a marvelous stay at the Inn at Whitewing Farm. Our room, the Clydesdale, was spacious, beautifully appointed and exceeded our expectations. The bookcases were lined with so many current books, I wish I had more time to settle in the comfortable window seats and finish a book I started. Even the bathroom was spacious, and well-lit with a make-up mirror and a night light along with the usual shampoos, conditioners and soaps. Breakfast was delicious - a variety of pound cakes and a banana parfait, followed by a Belgian waffle with whipped cream and tons of berries. Coffee was available around the clock, with both a coffeemaker in our room and a coffee machine in the living room/breakfast area. The grounds were immaculately maintained. The season had ended for the outdoor swimming pool, but the pond with a fountain in the center was beautiful, along with the sweeping lawns and landscape design. This is definitely the place to stay if you plan to go to Longwood Gardens!

I had a birthday getaway at White Wing this past weekend. The room was cozy. The grounds were beautiful. The hosts were warm, welcoming and very accommodating. They fixed an amazing charcuterie tray for 2 weary hikers on very short notice and it was the best I have ever had! Breakfasts were delicious Five stars to the chef! We will be back again!

A last minute decision to go to Longwood Gardens. Got last room at the Inn. Hosts were so accommodating and personable. Honored my husband’s dietary restrictions at breakfast, helped with our bags as we couldn’t park next to our accommodations and the view was gorgeous from our room. Great decision to stay plus a short drive to Longwood.

My wife and I planned a trip to Longwood Gardens for the holiday displays and stayed at the Inn at Whitewing Farm. The Inn is located on a large property with multiple buildings, tennis courts and pool. It is located just a few minutes from Longwood Gardens. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast delicious. Breakfast is served each day in the restored hay barn with individual tables, chairs, a couch and fireplace. Coffee, tea and snacks are available all day. The owners, Lance and Sandy were wonderful and very helpful. If you are looking for a B and B in a beautiful setting, close to Longwood Gardens, The Inn at Whitwing Farm is a great choice.

Sandy and her family have a very special place at the Inn at Whitewing Farm, and their love for this place and guests shows throughout. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and it is a quiet location. We stayed at the Tack room, which is on the small side, but it was perfect for us: very comfortable bed (loved all the pillows) and an amazing bathroom (loved the design and the shower!). Excellent AC and ceiling fan. Parking right in front. The room had all the amenities to help guests unwind: toiletries, K-machine, coffee, and plenty of nice towels, and also a TV. WiFi available. We chose breakfast in the barn/dining area (it can be brought wherever you please in the property), and it consisted of scones, cake, a mini glass of granola, yogurt and a raspberry, and homemade waffle with berries and cream, plus a variety of coffees and teas and OJ. Check in and check out were easy. There is an illuminated tennis court with a beautiful covered area overlooking the court, with sofas and tables. There is also a pond on the property. We enjoyed our short time at the Inn, only one night, but it is definitely a place where we will return.

My husband and I spent two wonderful nights at the Inn at Whitewing Farm. The hosts could not have been more welcoming! They are a combination of totally laid back and hyper-efficient! Everything was just perfectly arranged. We ordered a charcuterie platter our first evening and it was simply AMAZING. Our two breakfasts were delicious and gracefully served at individual tables in the main room, so that one could chat with other guests if desired, but wasn't forced to sit at a big communal table. The grounds are gorgeous, it's deliciously quiet and only minutes from Longwood Gardens. Can't wait to go stay there again!

What a pleasant surprise to find the inn at Whitewing farm. Besides a perfect location for our planned events it was also perfect for some much needed r&r. As we have discovered it’s the people you meet who make the experience memorable. Sandy and Lance are genuine, hardworking and gracious hosts. The farm and inn reflect loving care and attention to details. The “extra mile” of service…special meals and heartfelt conversation were greatly appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful few days. Whitewing farms has become a favorite to which we will return
