Very clean and modern. I had a room without a window, which was fine. Bed was a little firm for my comfort, but lots of pillows, soft fluffy towels & nice bathroom products plus hairdryer & full length mirrors were provided. Bathroom was a wet room with a bit of an awkward shower if you don't want to wet your hair & bathroom gets totally wet. Located in the heart of the jewellery quarter.

Would stay again for ease as it is close enough to city centre Access to the building is done via the link sent to you through email. Bathroom is a wet room which was okay. There’s also no wardrobes in the room and it is quite compact. Ideal for a one night trip.

Stupid lack of switches in the room forcing you to use broken iPads to turn the lights on or off, even opening the doors to the reception/room etc on a phone which works if you have signal but doesn’t work if you’re stuck away in a ground floor room at the back. Solving a problem that doesn’t exist. Bed uncomfortable, shower weak.

The rooms are beyond small. Literally, the shower is above the toilet. The room is the size of the mattress. The front desk area had debri coming from outside people. Meters around the property are for app users, so if you don't have a local number to validate you're screwed with nowhere to park. Stay elsewhere!

The room we were given was very small. The bed was up against a wall meaning the person sleeping against the wall had to climb over the other person to get out. Not great if it's the middle of the night! Whilst clean and comfortable there was also no kettle meaning one had to pay £1.50 from the machine in reception (in fairness this went to charity) for a coffee. The bathroom was wierd too ....it was an all in one walkin shower meaning if someone had taken a shower the whole bathroom floor was wet....so socks needed to be removed to use the loo! All in all we expected more for what we paid, so were a bit underwhelmed
