I chose this property due to the close proximity to the airport. The front desk staff was helpful and check-in was quick. The bed was clean and made-up nicely, I could definitely tell sheets and bedding had been washed. The bathroom was a little dingy and outdated but not overly dirty. My only negative was the carpet in the room. I kept my shoes on the whole time (unless I was sleeping) as there was a film on the carpet that made my feet feel dirty.

Hotel was conveniently near airport and great affordable food options. Room was clean, spacious and cozy. I recommend booking.

Checked into the room with little issue. Hotel looked clean with no concerns for safety. We left to go get food and when we came back we vdiscovered the room key didn't not work. We went to the front desk only to be asked if that was our luggage in the room; to which we confirmed. We were then told someone else was also checked into our room while we were out and they entered our space. After waiting several minutes for the young lady to find out registration again, we received new keys. There was no apology and no explanation except "the system didn't have anyone in that room" Even though the same young lady had just checked us in less than 2 hours earlier. Then the concept of strangers going into the room was minimized with "they were only in there for a few minutes". Completely ridiculous! Instead of waiting for us a guest to come to the front when we returned, they should have already gone through their checked in receipts and should have been prepared to discuss the situation with us. And this is why i travel with a hotel for lock as we could have easily been in the room when this happened.

The hotel is clean and surprisingly quiet for being so close to the airport, we never heard a single plane until we got up at 6am. Staff is very friendly, and the hotel is located many different restaurants within walking distance.

i LIKE THE AREA IT WAS. HAD A LOT OF EATING PLACES TO CHOSE FROM. Quiet AND CLEAN I DID NOT LIKE THE CONTINETAL BREAKFAST THE SAME EVERYDAY, THE MEAT WAS ALWAYS PORK.

Too many out of service signs. Brought swimming truks only to find the pool was closed no reason given. There was a beatiful mercedes van with the hotel name plastered but no shuttle service. In the gym the only treadmill was OUT of ORDER.

The room was warm, it seemed as the air conditioner was not working properly , and the pool was not available , I wish we would have known prior to booking since the kids looked forward to the pool .

The staff was polite and helpful, however, the bed was not very comfortable, the water in the shower was only warm, and there were not many dining areas within walking distance of this facility.

The water pressure for the shower was horrible. The pool was closed. The breakfast was extremely lack luster. Furniture in the room in disrepair.

Hotel in terrible condition, carpet was frayed by the door and caused me to trip. Floor in bathroom not clean and elevators were dirty.

The room is small for the price you pay. Cable kept cutting off. The toilet ran all day and night. There were cigarette burns in the blanket. I thought I was getting the two bedroom like I had before.

The front desk staff was VERY VERY RUDE. They're attitude was basically " WHY ARE YOU HERE. WE DON'T WANT YOU HERE! The housekeeping staff was so much friendlier than the front desk staff. When I came down to ask the front desk staff a question they didn't get up from their seat They just answered me with their back turned. And it wasn't a pleasant or cheerful answer. It was down right COLD AND RUDE. It was as if i was disturbing them. This was very unsettling. I DEFINITELY WON'T BE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.
