Check in was great and quick. We were tired from travel and the front desk attendants almost read our minds and anticipated everything we needed. Helped us get a shuttle to pick us up after we dropped off the rental. Greeted us with smiles each time we went through the lobby. The next morning the same attendant was there when we checkout out at 5 am the next morning and knew who we were and directed us to the airport shuttle without us even asking. Great customer service. Room was clean and comfortable. Never waited for a shuttle, quick and easy!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but the hotel is going through renovations and my room was on the same floor in the middle. It was extremely noisy in the early morning with construction work. I didn't get any rest. Please don't put guests on the same floor with construction. It can be hazardous to guests health.

Property itself is fine but staff unhelpful and rude. No hairdryer in room and when one was requested was informed by manager that nothing was available and if that was not acceptable he would check us out and we could stay somewhere else. Fascinating that when I called corporate customer service suddenly they were able to locate a device. Very disappointing and will not stay there again

Établissement bien situé proposant une navette pour l’aéroport.
Chambre propre avec frigo mais sans micro-ondes.
Salle de bains très petite en revanche.
Le petit déjeuner est correct mais le choix pourrait être bien mieux pour ce standing.
Piscine et spa très appréciables surtout en plein été.

The property has several issues. In a 4 night stay we had to change rooms 3 times because plumbing issues and HVAC issues. The water wouldn’t get warm, and the air conditioning doesn’t work. Not sure why the have the hotel open when they knew they have these issues.

This hotel is way overpriced, rooms are old, no daily housekeeping offer, towels provided have holes, no shampoo offer, restaurant menu is limited, Kiosk prices vary according to who is in front desk..one day ice cream $5 next day 2$..finally rowdy crew of contractors living in hotel make you feel you are in a tavern at all time…

The property is undergoing renovations, so there were construction materials and unfinished redesigns all over the place. Because of the construction dust, hallway and room carpeting felt dirty.

Shower was old and the shower rod was rusty. The hallways smelled. I am glad it was a one night stay and it was only because my flight was cancelled. I was very disappointed that this was a Hilton room.
