Excellent service and very clean. Ideally located with an excellent Japanese Restaurant and Sports Bar across the road. Great value for money.

I truly enjoyed my stay! Staff very professional and pleasant to deal with! I cane on a business trip and also got to enjoy some time watching hockey at the Canadian Brewhouse and worked in Kelowna so all-in-all great central location! Room was clean and well kept!

Alarm went off at 3:15 am and was non stop for atleast an hour before we could no longer stand the alarm and had to leave.
Host was uncooperative and said they had no control over a power outage. Even so they should have at least turned off the alarm.
Price was advertised as $60 less then what we were charged.
Would not recommend.

The check In was good. The person working there named JJ was very friendly and welcoming. The room was cleaned and made up daily. I loved the fact that you can get a room with two queen beds and a single bed. It was perfect for our family. Walking in the area was very nice. We spent 3 nights.

Staff very accommodating. But my suite lwas given to aanother person. Manager got us a accommodation at the their sister inn. Ery dissatisfied, had one queen bed and a COT. Very uncomfortable. I was suppised to have 2 queen beds and kitchen. Very very dissatisfied

Great location. Rooms are clean and well appointed. We had a pet friendly room and there was a welcome note for our dogs with treats and dishes, nice touch. Checkin was a bit long, no one acknowledged me for a few minutes with housekeepers coming in and out without a word. The lady who did check us in was very friendly and personable.
Older tub amd the bathroom door is hard to shut, but overall a good property.

The only real issue was the traffic noise, but likely an issue of any hotel along a major thoughfare. The staff were very friendly. Beds were decent to get a good nights sleep.

Though it appears a bit dated from the exterior, the hotel was clean and comfortable (and not really dated at all) inside. Nearby to lots of restaurants and groceries, its a perfect stay for a very reasonable price.
