Good location with Shopping mall just nearby

Old and need to be focus more on cleanness

I don’t usually write reviews but I feel this needs one. We were in multiple rooms and the quality of finish was ver dismal. In our room specific the bathroom ceiling was sagging and moldings unfinished. When we went to visit family in the newer suites tower you could tell it was same finish (or lack there of). It was very noisy through the stay, our window actually opened up on someone else’s balcony with a very insecure poor lock on it. Anyone with could have walked into our room if they were staying in the room next to us. Lastly in the evening we went for a hot tub because the pool was closed, there were no towels and my son went to get some at the front lobby which was close by. He didn’t realize there was a locking door that he went through. When he asked one of the attendants to let him in because I his dad was in there the lady told him she wouldn’t and just walked away. So after a while he was trying to walk around the hotel trying to find someone to let him is while being terrified. Just as I was looking for him another guest let him in. To wrap it up this is not the quality or style of hotel that is advertised and I would keep your expectations low when booing here.

Although we were able to call the day of to get early check in by an hour which was convenient the room was COLD, dingy, the toilet paper holder broken, toilet paper roll across the floor. 2 old coffee bags in the coffee machine. Not well maintained. We were disappointed
