Badkuip mag je niet gebruiken ivm met corona die ze hier schijnbaar nog hebben. En alleen de badkuip geldt deze regel je mag wel met 50 man in de zwembad. Koelkast werkt niet dan krijg je van de receptie te horen dat je de stekker erin moet doen. Nou met of zonder hij werkt niet gewoon schandalig eerste en de laatste x dat ik hier ben gekomen. Onlangs dat ik de taal spreek begrijpen ze de probleem niet en wordt er niks aan gedaan

Otel genel olarak hiç temiz değil. Senelerin vermiş olduğu yorgunluğun dışında odalarda temizlik sorunu var. Duşa kabin pis ve kırık. yerdeki halılar pis. Perdeler lekeler içinde Lobideki tuvalete daha girmeden gelen kötü kokukar rahatsız edici. Maalesef kimseye tavsiye edilebilecek bir otel değil

Erciyeste kayak yapip yorgun argin geldik otele.sicak bir odaydi tek istegimiz. Yenilenmiş oda diye korkunç sekilde boya kokan bir odaya alindik.Duş sonrasi banyoyu su basti. Boya kokusuna bu da eklenince oda degisimi istedik. Baska odaya aldilar ancak bu defa klima sadece cok sicakta calisiyordu gece arada kalkip kapatmak durumunda kaldik. Odadan cikarken tuvaletin tavanindan ustumuze su aktigini farkettik. Ancak cikiş yaparken tum bu sikayetleri iletirken resepsiyonda bizden odada ictigimiz suyun parasini ek olarak istediler. Otelin ciddi tadilata ihtiyaci var yokluktan kaliniyor sanirim. Yalnizca kahvaltisi lezzetliydi onda da sira beklersen cunku personel az.

İşim gereği bir çok otelde konaklıyorum, Fiyatına bakacak olursak fiyat performans oteli havuz,hamam,saunayı ücretsiz olarak kullanabiliyorsunuz personel güler yüzlü kahvaltıdaki çeşit vs olsun memmun kaldım

When we returned to the hotel at 9:00 on Saturday evening, we learned that they didn't change the room while waiting to get the key to our new room and we insisted on moving to another room, they told us that they wouldn't change it and return the money, but we wouldn't stay in the hotel, they said we should find another hotel at 9:00. They gave a fan, but it never worked, and if you wouldn't change our room with the lady who was said to be the general manager, why would you commit When I said you gave it, he sent us by saying that he would keep a report about two different personnel working there, we couldn't do anything, of course, I apply for a complaint. Moreover, the hotel is very old and you don't even want to sit in the dirty toilet. I didn't use a very old pool all over the hotel, but we were a crowded team, those who use the pool from our team said that it was very dirty, I never recommend it.
