卡蒂舒適套房飯店(Comfort Suites at Katy Mills)

Overall a pleasant experience. I almost didnt stay here because I had seen some negative reviews about the breakfast and cleanliness. Although it wasn't spotless, I thought it was clean. The staff was friendly and proffessional. And the breakfast was about the same as you would find at other similar hotels. They had waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt, a few fruit choices, juice and coffee.

The male that was working the front desk was RUDE and had a bad attitude. Also he was very aggressive. Heavy set tall male. We was in town for a graduation and I wasn’t familiar with Katy Texas, however I should have read all the reviews before booking this location. The room was ok, however they need to put a liner in the tub and change their cable service it sucks. The tub seemed like it was just painted and off balance when taking a shower.

We booked the room for a little get away. We've stayed there before and had a great time. However this time was not as great. The pillows were hard and made it hard to sleep. Had to flush the toilet 3 times each time just to get it to work. Differently was not the relaxing time we were hoping for.

Staff was friendly, and the room appeared clean. But our room smelled musty and felt damp. The carpet felt damp to our bare feet. When we climbed into bed, our sheets felt damp. Not pleasant.

Actually a nice last minute stay! Got me checked in quickly as it was late at night..rooms were spacious and clean..quiet and comfortable!

The only real positives I can gather from staying here were the location in relation to shopping and convenience of access back onto the freeway. I would say the price wasn't bad, but as of today, 6 days after my trip started and 2.5 days after my trip ended, I've still been charged double for a room that really wasn't worth the single rate. My AC unit in the room only worked partially. The microwave was completely inoperable. Television remote needed the batteries replaced twice in 4 days. The towel rack in the shower was broken. Tub/shower water never actually got hot, just warm enough to tolerate. And half of the towels in our room were stained.
