Sahil sharma.angraz .kooshal.bilal gave us good sevice, food was nice . Rooms were nice and good with a nice mountain view. Room service was nice. The hotel is near station and also markets are nearby. Everything is under walking distance. The stay went quite good

Hotel staff are very good, cooperative and helpful. Mainly those attendant to us are Ashwani Rahul K***n Sahil and others. The driver who dropped us at local market and at climbing point is very cordial. But front approach to hotel needs more improvement.

Staff is very helpful polite, helping in all the ways possible. In restaurant Citrus specially Mr. Angrez and Mr. Rakesh are so nice with all the customers. And Mr. Imtyaz in room service is very helpful polite helping with a smile. Will definitely visit here again and you also please visit with your loved ones.
