Centrale (vicino alla stazione dei treni e degli autobus) e comodo (per raggiungere il centro), questo hotel offre camere spaziose e bagno funzionale. Letti comodi, due cuscini, TV e wifi. Kit igiene personale sufficiente. La colazione (continentale) è buona e si può prendere pagando il supplemento. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Excellent location right across the main train station. The hotel is very clean, great, friendly, professional service. Room was equipped with all needed essentials, very comfortable bed!!!! Breakfast was exceptional with lots of choices for everyone. Staff recommended very good polish restaurant located just 5 min walk from the hotel. Will stay again.

酒店的一切都很棒。裝修太漂亮了,乾淨。房間寬敞舒適,衛生間設施齊全,洗漱用品和吹風機都有。幾種類型的燈光意味着可以根據心情設置。位置也很棒,就在一個新再生的區域的中間,有很多酒吧和餐館。我們的房間面向庭院內,所以雖然我們沒有景色,但我們不介意,因爲它意味着我們沒有聽到外面的任何噪音。我們與所有工作人員交談過,他們都很樂於助人,很友好。我們沒有早餐,但看起來確實有很好的選擇,餐廳看起來和酒店的其他部分一樣花哨。

Excellent service and very friendly. We got in earlier than expected and they were able to check us in early rather than just hold our luggage and tell us to come back in a few hours. Location is close to shopping and tons of restaurants. Breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from. I’d stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel in December and have been hesitant to submit a poor review because, like so many other people in Poland, I am sure that the good people who work there are helping with the current crisis. But I’ve decided to share anyway. I would not recommend this hotel to international business or tourist visitors. Overall, it just misses the mark for both international travelers and tourists. Its location is walking distance to the historic center but not in it. Its room rates are reasonable but the banquet rates expensive. I was responsible for a group of over 15 guests who were attending an international conference. While the staff were pleasant, we had several instances of inflexibility. We would have spent more on catering had management agreed to work with our contractor on how to apportion room and catering rates. For my own stay, the staff could not produce an invoice showing the rates paid per night. In addition, when I went to check out, I discovered that the front desk had made an error in changing my checkout date, which I had requested. The hotel had already charged me credit card – without permission -- and demanded immediate payment for my final night. The front desk clerk refused to identify a manager for me to speak with. The hotel also charged the credit card of one of my colleagues without authorization.

上個月我住過這家酒店,發現它非常舒適,在出差期間擁有所有需要的便利設施。房間相當寬敞,而且最新,在前提下有餐廳和酒吧可以享受。前台服務熱情友好。我們在酒店頂層的餐廳用餐,食物非常好,服務員也很棒。

非常善良和樂於助人的員工,深色窗簾,所以我們可以睡得很好,大房間和如此多的空間讓我們的兔子跑步和探索,美妙的健身中心和游泳池,桑拿浴室,我們的車停在酒店前面

我們非常喜歡我們在此酒店住宿,並毫不猶豫地向商務或休閒旅行者推薦它。該位置對市中心和火車站來說是絕佳的。工作人員提供了卓越的服務,英語說得很好,並幫助我們處理了每一個查詢。使其成爲真正特別的住宿是新鮮、多樣和慷慨的美味早餐。我們唯一的遺憾是我們只能住兩晚。我有一些無障礙需求,他們給我找了一個有溼室的合適房間。我在任何級別上都不能錯這家酒店。物超所值。

O hotel tem um bom serviço de recepção, no entanto o inglês não é suficiente para nos ajudar a conhecer a cidade e por exemplo a encontrar um restaurante perto. Os quartos são muito bons mas em termos de silêncio deixam muito a desejar para um hotel de 4 estrelas, passei uma noite sem dormir porque no piso onde fiquei estavam alijadas muitas pessoas que passaram a noite a fazer barulho tanto no corredor como dentro dos quartos. Reclamámos para a recepção mas não foi suficiente. O restaurante do hotel é bom, mas serviram um prato frio ao meu marido e depois demoraram imenso a trazer outro prato.
