尼泊爾夢飯店公寓(Dream Nepal Hotel and Apartment)

Although the hotel is rather well rated by many travellers we were very disappointed. - The front desk staff was absent most of the time - The payment was only with cash (in Rs) under the pretext that the card machine was broken - We had to insist on receiving a payment receipt - No hooks in the room, neither in the bathroom (!) - The dining room is rather depressing - Breakfast (not before 8:00 AM) comes down to 2 eggs and chemical flavouring jam with 2 old bread slices - The so-called "Deluxe double room" we had was far too expensive and did not correspond to the expected comfort.

I arrived in Nepal on October 21, 2022 and stayed there with our group of friends. After two days we went trekking. Unfortunately, I had to end the trekking earlier and wait for my friends for 1 week at the Dream Nepal hotel alone. It was like my second home. All employees were extremely friendly, ready to help at every step. We really became like one family and true friends. They are ready to answer any question, make a call on your behalf, arrange taxi transportation, even be your guide for one-day trips around Kathmandu. They really try to accommodate your wishes. The hotel is located in a quiet area, the rooms are very clean and pleasant and the breakfasts are delicious, cooked with heart. I really recommend this hotel if you want a personal approach and sincere people. I will definitely come back next time to my second home in Kathmandu. Thank you guys!

Brilliant hotel, perfect location. The staff were super helpful and looked after my bags for a week. The rooms are large and lots of hot water, beds are nice and has a tv Would recommend for anyone staying in Kathmandu for a few days. Thank you !

perfect place with best ambience. great place in the town. staffs are very helpful and rooms are very neat and clean. though its at the heart of the town, hotel is very quite and very comfortable. i reallly loved this place.

Hi everyone I came from london to visit my girl .. Iv stayed in this hotel a month time .. it was very nice .. and very clean and tidy .. quite place too .. I’m highly recommend to all Uk passengers to stay here . staff called Rajesh is very nice person .. breakfast is very good ( 5 star standard) and I’ll come and stay here again

I was been there with my wifi everything was so nice ,staff , food, facility , comfortable zone i loved this hotel thank you for amazing hospitality , i suggest to you guys need should visit for there service you also gonna loved .

Best hotel in town everything is so good I'm so glad with all the staff special thanks for Saroj he made me like living in my home thanks a lot gonna miss . He is so helpful,kind , Frank, loyal and honest person overall stay was awesome

It was great experience to stay here. Location was just awesome, very peace, clean and great view from the balcony. Will visit it again whenever possible. Staffs are very cooperative and it felt like staying at my own home.
