發現客棧飯店(Hotel Discovery Inn)

The hotel staffs were not aware of my booking on Trip.com. The only thing they know is Agoda. So it too

I emailed them many times as i had some concerns. They just did not bother to response once. This level of customer service is worst! I have already booked this hotel and now I have a doubt whether i should stay there or not

Well! I had a safe stay at the hotel discovery INN, I traveled internationally for the first time being a female solo traveller i was a bit nervous but i had good and safe stay at the hotel. Staff mainly Sri Krishna Bista brother helped me a lot every time i had an issue like hot water is not coming to take shower or i want a hot water to drink. Just a call to him or at reception would do the job, he would instantly come and helped me. I love the service and also the guy Shankar was nice and he told me about where to go first and places i should not miss. He suggested me a lot of places and also he helped me book the bus that directly travels from Kathmandu to Siliguri. I love the hotel Discovery INN. Its one of the hotels i felt safe while traveling alone. I must recommend this place, as the hotel is a decent one but mainly located right in the heart of Thamel.. you can book your stay. I didn't have any problem with anything because i only booked hotel to crash at night after exploring the entire day. You can go for this place!

i have good experiences at hotel Discovery Inn, Thamel ,kathmandu,Nepal,We stayed just a couple of days . In short period, we found staffs are helpful and kindly. Room is cheap and clean . We stayed Room 203 at corner of second floor is both side windows ,much lightly room . thank you @tara

we stayed at hotel discovery inn couple of days , Long time we didn't go any place. When Covid 18 control little bit, we started journey for Nepal . And gone ktm at Thamel stayed at Discovery Inn .We enjoyed .

It is the best hotel for our stay at Thamel.Staffs were friendly and kindness. room are very clean and comfortable. Nothing much complain because it is budget hotel. We use a rooftop for sunshine. Even though it would quite at night . Location is central of Thamel. They have nice garden with small restaurant.

The Hotel staff and manager are great helpful ,cooperatives,an honest ,Hotel is simple ,comfortable bed,hot and cold shower. Free wifi,frontsight small garden with nice cafe. Prime and quite location.. The room was clean,free paring, Good stay ...cheap..........ITs ok for money.
