It was a great stay.. Specially Suman and Prem were so helpful.. hospitality was just mind-blowing..We reached on Dusshera when almost all the restaurants were closed and infact the chef was not present in the property Suman n his other partner prepared the food for us which was a very nice gesture I found in this property..Prem had guide us for our tours timings..staffs are so nice and the rooms were neat n well maintained..

非常感謝迪普先生和龐先生的出色熱情好客和出色的客戶服務。我對在Shankar Hotel的住宿感到非常高興,但Mamta Shrestha女士對她的客戶有點不體諒人。我要求了具體的藥物,但她拒絕提供,並指引我到前台。總的來說,是一次非常愉快的體驗,如果有人需要與工作人員打交道,我推薦迪普先生和龐先生。他們是個人,在客服方面永遠不會讓你失望,我會再回來的,最後,早餐和食物都很棒。

big hotel with ZERO staff. no service available. no one picks up the room service or house keeping hotlines. Reception is under staffed and they can not cater to all your needs. We booked the three bedroom apartment for one night and found a lot of dust in the whole apartment. Felt like they cleaned it a month ago and then forgot about it. Maybe this apartment does not get booked frequently but they should clean it regularly. No food can be ordered after 9pm. They have a night menu but that is not available now. No one informed us about this during check in. We ordered food from outside and asked for a few plates which they refused to give. They said they can not provide plates at this hour (10.30 pm)!! Its far away from Thamel so we thought we might get some rest but there is a party going on in the 2nd floor and we are on the 3rd floor. its horrible. There are thousands of pictures of the property on *********** and other places that shows exotic foods and cocktails. Photos of people enjoying on sky deck. But in real there is no one. It is completely deserted.

重新翻看相冊竟然沒有發現任何一張關於酒店的照片。衹有在跟kisan聊天時，被朋友抓拍到的唯一一張合影。在離開尼泊爾的第一天，回想起跟Romes在機場的擁抱道別並約定下次我帶上母親回來一起去他的家鄉Lubini；回想起前台兩位小姐姐的熱心幫助和餐廳推薦；回想起酒店司機Romes（或許是這樣拼讀）送我們一行四人去Chame的驚心動魄。 在Elegant體會到了家人朋友般的照顧，讓我在加德滿都停留的四天從未感覺到陌生和孤獨。 在回到中國後的第一個夜晚，特別想留下一個印記，紀念他們一切的熱情。在我帶媽媽再次拜訪尼泊爾時，我一定會再回來。到時候就可以在Elegant新開放的天台餐吧，留下一些美好的照片作為回憶。 謝謝你們，Elegant的各位！！！

starting from the guard, to the reception.. the welcome was very nice. the hotel staff, especially the staff in the dining hall are ever smiling and courteous. the housekeeping and cleanliness are top notch. A very pleasant stay indeed and i would surely recommend it.

位置很好，距離泰美爾區很近， 5樓有個天台看日出，我看夕陽都很方便，老闆一家都很親切，下一趟再來就是會選擇這裡。

我非常感謝工作人員的友善。 我們還安排了從加德滿都到博卡拉的巴士。 另外,我一大早就安排了出租車去看日出,但是即使我因惡劣的天氣取消了,我還是得到了全額退款,這是一個很好的迴應。 另外,我絕對想在訪問加德滿都時使用它。 非常感謝。

我在這裏住了一個星期,同時參加了在馬路對面的麗酒店舉行的會議。我很高興我選擇住在這裏而不是會議地點。原因很多,包括以下: 1)工作人員是傑出的。我遇到的每個工作人員都帶着溫暖的微笑迎接我,渴望幫助。突出的是Dolma和Sarita,但說實話每個人都很棒 2)在繁忙的加德滿都中間,我感到安全和放鬆。我在院子裏吃了大部分飯,每天聽到鳥叫。我沒想到在加德滿都的住宿會如此振興!3)食物令人難以置信!單點早餐菜單(包括房間費用)對於這樣一個小酒店來說非常豐富,我吃的每一種都很美味 - 我最喜歡的是柴馬薩拉麥片。我在室內餐廳鋼琴鋼琴大部分晚上都吃晚餐,喜歡一切。在尼泊爾中部吃到這麼好的伊泰蘭食物真是出乎意料!我甚至帶了住在麗酒店的同事一晚在這裏吃晚飯,因爲食物比他們住的地方好得多。4)我住在一間緊湊的房間,有我需要的一切。每天提供4升瓶裝水,非常有幫助。 5)位置靠近東西,沒有太忙。步行到Thamel地區大約20分鐘(過馬路要小心!)。酒店旁邊的小街上有很多小店,所以即使沒有時間去泰米爾,也可以在附近買衣服和紀念品。我希望尼泊爾的另一次旅行在地平線上,以便我可以再次訪問。非常感謝所有工作人員。
