Excellent staff and clean facilities! Made our stay in Zanzibar a dream!

Wenn man sucht findet man immer etwas zu beanstanden. Unsere Klospülung funktionierte nur bedingt. Nach der „Reparaur“ ging es noch schlechter.. Die Halterung vom Duschkopf war gebrochen und provisorisch repariert. Keine Snacks in der Minibar. Das Hotel ist voll zu empfehlen. Das essen jeden Tag sehr gut.

Hôtel parfait pour sa plage et piscines Le restaurant principal « la Promenade »sympathique et sans déception Vous avez aussi le choix pour d’autres restaurants à la carte , il faut un peu de ténacité , vous pouvez aussi aller au Rio Jumbo ou les restaurants sont attractifs Les bars sont aussi à votre disposition sans rien payer Transats autour de la piscine et à la plage très bien mais comme à l’habitude, il faut s’y prendre à l’avance pour les meilleures places Personnel attentionné , souriant et efficace

Wunderschöne Gartenanlage an einem traumhaften Sandstrand. Leider war unsere Suite albgegammelt, schmutzig und vieles kaputt (Vorhang, Moskitonetz, Dusche usw.) Viele Insekten, Würmer usw. die wir täglich entfernen mussten.

Super endroit personnels super toujours à l’écoute repas bon possibilité de manger dans 3 restaurants sur réservation L’IA est particulièrement bon. Plage avec possibilité bain à marrée basse bref très bel endroit

Séjour vraiment parfait. Très belle chambre et les jardins sont magnifiques. Le personnel est aussi très sympa. Seul bémol est que la liste des cocktails est limitée et qu’ils sont beaucoup trop sucrés, mais ce n’est qu’une histoire de goût. Aussi il était impossible de réserver les restaurants à thèmes. Je recommande vivement d’y séjourner. Beaucoup mieux que le RIU Jumbo qui fait vraiment usine.

I recently spent five nights in the beautiful Riu Palace Zanzibar all-inclusive hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and made to feel at home in this luxurious oasis. The first thing that struck me was the stunning location on the white sand beach with crystal clear waters. Every amenity is truly amazing, from the beautifully designed infinity pool to all of the water sports offered, including kayaking and snorkelling, it was all sensational. The room I stayed in was stylish, elegant and beautifully furnished with everything I could need. The attention to detail was exceptional, with high-quality bedding and decor. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, a good place to rest for the night. The food was fantastic and of excellent quality, with an incredible variety of international dishes and local specialties. There are three restaurants and five bars, making it easy to sample different cuisines in one location. What sets Riu Palace Zanzibar apart is the level of service and attention to detail that the staff provides. Everyone, from the front desk, room service, wait staff, bartenders, and housekeeping, was always friendly, accommodating, and willing to go above and beyond. Overall, staying at Riu Palace Zanzibar all-inclusive hotel was a luxurious and delightful experience that I highly recommend. I can't wait to visit again and experience it all over again.
