Relax in paradise! Top floor condo with a one level floor plan. All new furnishings, carpet and paint. Lovely lanai to watch the golfers go by and enjoy the views and smells of the island of Maui. There are 4 pools in the Kapalua Golf Villas, with a heated pool right next to your building. Or take an 8 minute walk down to the world famous Kapalua Bay and Napili Bay beaches. Swimming and snorkeling at your fingertips. Walk to the Seahouse for any meal or the famous Merrimans to enjoy the best setting to have dinner or pupus on Maui. The condo is equipped with WiFi high speed internet, 2 large flatscreen tv’s and DVR service. If staying in is your meal of choice a fully equipped kitchen will be waiting for all you gourmets. The master bedroom includes a king size bed with private entrance into your own master bathroom. You also have a private lanai to peak out at before venturing out into your spacious living and kitchen area. There is an additional half bathroom in the condo where your guests can use, without venturing into your master. We start you off with starter supplies of toiletries as well as kitchen amenities. Also, free parking and no resort fees. Be sure to read our reviews from this condo and the other several that we have and give us a try. THE BEST LOCATION ON MAUI, ALSO, THE BEST LOCATION IN THE COMPLEX!!! THIS IS PARADISE!!! Enjoy beautiful ocean and sunset views. I was just there and from my lanai, we watched whales breaching. You will love our great views of the ocean, golf course and the island of Lanai. This ground floor condo is on the 10th fairway and within easy walking distance to 5 beaches where you may snorkel with giant sea turtles, swim, paddle board or sun bathe. You may also enjoy great surfing nearby. The beaches are awesome! Swim in any of the 4 swimming pools in the resort.Guests also enjoy golf discounts with no resort fee.You will love our Koa wood custom cabinets and granite counter tops throughout as well as porcelain floors in the living area, kitchen and bathrooms, as well as carpet in the bedrooms. Our bathrooms have beautiful porcelain showers. We furnished the villa with plantation style furniture throughout. New top of the line Simmons Beautyrest beds. There are three flat screen TV's, a DVD player and highspeed wireless internet, new appliances, including a washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom that may be made into a King. We also have a third twin bed in the second bedroom and a Queen inflatable bed as well. My villa is on the "P" patio level, which means there is a flight of stairs from the parking level down to the entrance. Stay right on Napili Bay beach, considered by many one of the top beaches in the world. This upgraded and remodeled studio will help you feel right at home when it’s finally time to relax after your all day activities. Along with being directly on the beach, you can enjoy year round sunset viewing from just sitting on your lanai. This is the top floor, corner unit that gives you some of the best privacy of the complex. Your sleeping arrangements consists of a king size bed with a very high end mattress. A 70 inch smart TV with full cable is also there for you so your favorite shows are never missed. Very well stocked kitchen for all your home cooked meals. If you dislike the beach and water then this is not the place for you. However, if you want to experience a Maui beach at its best, then you have found it!
