Situated up a quiet lane this very elegant hotel will definitely surprise you. 24 excellently appointed spacious a/c rooms have all the essentials necessary for a comfortable stay. Wifi, toiletries, towels, high quality bedding, hair-dryer, kettle, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cups, a TV, telephone, tables, chairs, wardrobe, plenty of plugs, a safe, even a USB outlet! And on top of all this, a free buffet breakfast. The 4th floor multi-cuisine a/c restaurant has good food at very reasonable prices. The staff of the hotel from room boy to receptionist to manager are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There's plenty of parking space for the Indian visitors and their vehicles. The upkeep and maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms is clear to see. Nothing is broken, cracked, missing or out of order.....unlike several hotels in India. A definite 5-star feeling for a budget price. Enjoy your sojourn at the tip of India.

The stay was wonderful. Well maintained hotel. Only drawback i felt is the lack of restaurants nearby.

It is located on the main road, very near to the beach hardly 800 metres. Railway station is also nearby. They have good sea facing rooms. They also have a terrace from where you can see the sunrise. Rooms are spacious neat and clean. Service was also very good. My stay was comfortable and i would love to stay here again.

Nice, clean, spacious rooms & bathroom. Before checking in we knew it doesn't have restaurant but there are lot of options nearby (pure veg as well). The view from the room is excellent with ocean and Rock memorial in sight. It was a pleasant surprise to see sunrise from hotel rooftop away from the crowd (rainbow made it special). Will visit the place again. Staff was helpful and service was decent.

Economic, standard, satisfying facility near the beach, temple, and park, restaurants, boating, pier, sunrise, sunset points, walk way, Recommended for a family outing at ease and comfort. Worth the money.
