章克申城舒適套房飯店-近萊利堡(Comfort Inn & Suites Junction City - Near Fort Riley)

It was chaotic from the start, check-in took forever (new person training). Got to the room, air conditioner wouldn't produce cold air and didn't the entire stay, felt like sleeping in a sauna. The phone in the room wouldn't work. Couldn't figure out the remote for the tv, so my parents were stuck watching the Disney channel. Reported all this to the clerk behind the desk when we checked out and I was an odd look and a "thanks and have a nice day." I will never stay here again!

Staff was great room was alright. Toilet needs work, ran all night. Pictures we looked at before booking led us to believe there was a hot tub but when we arrive we noticed the hot tub had been filled in with concrete. Pool towels were pretty rough and scratchy. The receptionist were both great, kind and outgoing.

There was a dirty washcloth in the bathroom when we checked in. Room was in pretty rough condition for the price we paid. I would suggest a visit from corporate to check in on some needed updating and repairs. I wouldn't even mention it but for nearly $200 for one night it's worth getting a clean, up kept room which was not my experience.

Room smelled like stale and old sweat. AC didn’t work properly, not sure why we would be placed in such a room. Tired of looking at the pics before deciding place to stay and it’s not even close to what you actually get. Examples being: pool not in service, workout room offered but nothing like the pics they advertise equipment wise. Staff was wonderful, hot coffee and breakfast was too. Beds comfortable. Disappointing that hotels and quality in general for the price you pay is declining rapidly across the board. Will I go back for another stay? No, unless of course I can actually take a look around and decide then.

If I could give 0 stars I would - old rusted smelled of cigarettes asked for a new room the smell of smoke was even worse! I don’t expect The Ritz but you can afford a good paint job, new toilets and bathtubs and try to do something to get rid of the smoking smell

The staff were nice. I forgotten the lady at the front desk name. She is so professional and very knowledgeable about her work. Also she great relationship with customers. Then only issue I had was the room smell some how and heat at the elevator.

Enjoyed my stay, the room was very clean, the king bed with the many pillows was nice. great staff on hand and looking forward to staying again on my next trip to Junction City

Receptionist charged me $150 on checking despite my already paying *******. Rug around AC totally soaked.

Very friendly staff. We actually stayed here twice! Close to a variety of restaurants and gas stations. Easy access to the highway. Breakfast was provided and was excellent.
