堪薩斯城機場拉昆塔溫德姆套房飯店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kansas City Airport)

I made a reservation online but didn’t receive a confirmation email as promised. 3 hours later we needed a place to stay and still no confirmation. I wasn’t able to find the property online so called a LaQuinta that I thought was the same one, however it wasn’t. We didn’t have an address so we’re unable to find it. After we got checked into another hotel we received a confirmation. I called and explained the situation and was denied a refund. I will not be using your service again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and nicely decorated and up to date, the lounge is bright and comfy and open to the eating area. Lounge furniture will put you to sleep! Room rate was very, very reasonable. Breakfast was good and just enough to get our day going.The cute little Dove soaps and shampoo were a pleasant surprise!

Our stay at this property was terrible. It was easily the worst hotel my family and I have ever stayed at. We arrived an hour after check in time, got to our room and inspected it as we do all hotels we stay at. We discovered multiple areas of damage throughout the room. Damage to the walls, furniture, and trim. The door handle even had exposed electronics Not only that, but we discovered fresh SEMEN on the bed. I took pictures of it all. I went to the front desk to request a room change. They told me a new room wasn't available, that was until I showed them all of the pictures of the damage and SEMEN on the bed. We were given an apology and a new room. No offer of a reduced rate or anything. The absolutely bare minimum. The new room wasn't much better, when we entered the room it smelled wet. Not damp like someone took a shower, but wet, like the smell after a flood. Upon checkout the desk clerk asked how our new room was and tried to pressure me to give him a good review. Avoid this hotel like the plague, it's poorly managed, poorly maintained, and not worth the $150/per night rate we paid.

This property smelled wonderful when we got there. The pull out couch had food and crumbs all over it unfortunately. They list the beds as queen sized but they are like a full size instead. Their continental breakfast wasnt that great either.

We had to clean out room, there was hair in the bedand in the bathroom. There was not much for breakfast, the apples were rotten and they didn't turnon the light till 630am . I hate some food in the dark.

It was a terrible experience room was dirty wen we arrived. someone was still I’m the room we got r money back. But the experience will always be there

The staff was very personable and professional! Very Friendly and always willing to answer questions and help when needed! Nice breakfast!

The staff was super nice and accommodating!!! We stayed here while we waiting on our home to be ready to move into!
