White water inn excellent service. Great location. Great view from the rooms. Very cordial staff and a clean place. They have an awesome in-house kitchen too. Fantastic experience overall!

Only book this hotel if you can walk down 50 stairs, it’s very difficult to reach the road from the room. Although, view from the hotel room is great

1. Location : 10 mins uphill walk from the mcleodganj main square towards dharamkot ( tipa) and then you have to climb down a few stairs to reach the hotel. 2. Room quality : quite basic. You get a small room. Curtains are quit thin not like proper blinds as you will find in a good hotel. Room was clean. They provide only two pillows which are very basic. There are two string chairs inside the room on which you cannot sit. Bedsheets and blanket were clean and there was no bad smell from them. The rooms do not have any soundproofing 3. Washroom : it was very clean. However, they do not provide any toiletries, not even a handwash was there. I got two ultra small medimix soap and towel upon asking. 3. Room service : they will provide you with a jug of water only when you ask for it. The room has a 32"tv but wait. You won't find any channel worth watching and the remote will hardly work so better to opt for a non-tv room if there are any. In fact, it came up as a surprise for them that i wanted to avail the tv service. So they had to change 2-3 set top boxes to make it work. Overall, it was an average experience. I won't recommend it to a couple. May be i chose the wrong room

I enjoyed my stay; the room was adequately spacious and equipped with essential amenities, including a balcony. However, i noticed that the pillow cover and mattress appeared unchanged, suggesting room for improvement in housekeeping.

Everything is good. Hotel staff good. Only problem is google map showing it in bhagsu nag area. This hotel is on dharamkot road

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel nestled at the foothills, surrounded by lush trees, promising a serene getaway. While the natural setting was breathtaking, my overall experience was unfortunately dampened by several operational issues. The hotel's setting, at the footsteps of hills and surrounded by trees, offers a tranquil and scenic atmosphere. Away from the hustle and bustle, the hotel provides a peaceful retreat for those seeking relaxation. My disappointment began with the non-functional television and geyser in the room. Both amenities, crucial for a comfortable stay, were out of order. The bed sheets were visibly dirty, raising concerns about the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of the establishment. *overall impression* while the hotel's location had immense potential for a rejuvenating stay, the lack of attention to basic amenities and cleanliness overshadowed the positive aspects. The scenic beauty could not compensate for the inconvenience caused by non-functional facilities and unclean accommodations.

Overall experience was really good. Service was good. Staff was cooperative. Only drawback is the number of stairs to reach hotel.

Overall good stay. Easily accessible from main square via auto or taxi. Rooms are big and clean. Staff is polite and helpful. View of triund mountain from balcony. Food is also great.

Location was not proper as shown in the map. Host was rude. Other staff was good. Rooms were above average.

I can say that my total experience at hotel was good. Reviews on some aspects are as follows: 1. Location: location on map was wrong, call the hotel before reaching mcleodganj. 2. Cleanliness: room and common area were clean 3 staff: staff was a little bit rude, we forgot our one bag in the car and when asked them to bring it they said can't you tell us once. 4. Food: food was average. 5. The hotel location from the road is downstairs. And it was very hectic and painful for your legs when u will climb those long stairs.

The room was spacious and tidy. Washroom was very clean.. And the highlight of the room was the Balcony… The view from it was just spendid and mesmerising ♥️ Highly recommended
