Where do I start... from the moment we entered the unit, it reeked of mould. I was not expecting a new property, but I was expecting it to be clean and safe... and it was definitely not either of these things. The shower screens were black with mould, the glass was smashed, and there was even a panel missing from one of the showers. The vents and walls were covered with dust and mould. I did not feel comfortable sitting on the stained lounge, nor did I want to shower my children for fear they would cut themselves on the broken glass. We left feeling like we wanted to take a bath in disinfectant after our visit to this unit. The staff were arrogant when told about these issues and brushed them off - saying they only acted as a middle man to the owners of the unit. I also paid for parking of two cars however we had such trouble parking both vehicles in the very tiny allocated spot (which is only suitable for one vehicle) that I had to climb out of the passenger seat to get out of the car. The carpark is also not attached to the hotel. After paying over $400 for one night, I felt inclined to advise others of the terrible management of this hotel and our experience.
