Really friendly staff! Amazing views from rooms and restaurant. Good breakfast and dinner. Convenient parking. I like this hotel, thanks to all hospitality staff.

Our stay at W15 Hanthana was absolutely amazing, and it’s one we won’t forget anytime soon. The hotel’s location is perfect – perched on a hill with incredible views that stretch out over the landscape. Waking up to those views each day was a highlight on its own, and it made the whole experience feel that much more special. The food was another standout part of our stay. Every meal was delicious, and you could tell a lot of thought went into each dish. It was a great balance of local flavours and creative twists, and we looked forward to each meal. One of the most memorable experiences was going on a nature walk with Banuka, our guide. He took us on a beautiful trail, pointing out different plants and wildlife, and even brought us to see a filming location of Indiana Jones! It added a sense of adventure and discovery to our trip, and we learned a lot along the way. The service at W15 Hanthana was genuinely exceptional, but we especially want to mention Tharaka. He was incredibly attentive, always checking in to see if we needed anything, and he seemed to know what we needed before we even asked! Tharaka went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. One of the nicest touches was when he packed us a lunch for our journey to the next stop – it made our travel day so much easier, and it showed how thoughtful he was. All in all, W15 Hanthana provided such a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience. Between the beautiful setting, incredible food, and genuinely kind staff, we couldn’t have asked for more. 從我們到達這家酒店的那一刻起，這裏的服務就非常出色。我們到達的時間很早，但仍然能夠入住。我們收到了涼爽的椰子飲料和小吃，還有最樂於助人的可愛工作人員。我們的房間很漂亮，非常時尚，有一個小陽台，漂亮的浴室（很棒的洗護用品！）和非常舒適的牀。完善！早餐很美味，食物種類繁多，咖啡很好！我們是素食主義者，但我們有很多東西可以吃。第2天，我們準備了裝滿小扁豆的新鮮料斗-太好吃了！位置理想，非常靠近湖泊，而且離火車站也不遠。我們碰到一位紳士，他在我們外出探索時在酒店工作（他當時下班，但從我們登記入住時就認出了我們），他非常有幫助，與我們同行了一段時間，指出了一些有趣的地方的地方，他甚至幫助我們購買了傳統舞蹈表演的門票。我們衹在康提住了2晚，但真的很喜歡我們在這家酒店的住宿。強烈推薦。

Very comfortable hotel and great breakfast, though the aircon in our room produced a musty smell. Good view of the lake but the hotel being up a hill, the view is a little distant.

定的房間卧室有閣樓可以睡3-4人。公區和房間裝飾和維護都不錯。位置離市中心不遠，但靠近馬路和鐵路，除晚上外其他時間都比較吵。熱水開關隱藏在衣櫃裏且入住時沒有打開也沒有額外説明，前台晚上10點下班聯繫不上導致衹能洗冷水澡，浴缸內有衹小壁虎。晚餐除了湯以外都比較難吃，點了兩種魚都熟過頭很乾有苦味可能燒糊了。下午2點剛入住時想送洗衣服，被告知第二天上午離店前取的話需要加收額外費用，而前一天入住同一品牌另家酒店晚上10點送洗第二天早上退房前就洗幹熨好了，且免費。另外比較奇怪的是離店時的滿意調查反饋是前台幫你填好讓你簽名的，而上一家是讓你真實填，看到高評分還讓你提改進意見，服務意識差異可見一斑。
