We had a lovely stay at Senani hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast and were served by Amantha. He was polite and ensure we were well looked after. Our food was delicious on both occasions and he provided us with a great range of drinks to choose from. Would definitely recommend staying here 😊

Great little place away from the hustle and bustle of Kandy. Beautiful Mountain View’s and close the Helga’s Folly (worth a visit). Small swimming pool to relax in after a hot day of exploring. The staff are fantastic, always with a smile Had a lovely relaxing stay and would recommend.

Wir haben auf unserer Rundreise drei Übernachtungen in diesem Hotel gehabt. Das Hotel liegt keine 5 Autominuten von der Stadt entfernt. Wir hatten ein ausreichend großes Doppelzimmer in der 3 Etage. Vom Balkon hatte man einen schönen Ausblick auf die umliegenden schönen Hügel. Leider lädt der Pool des Hotels nicht unbedingt zum (Sonnen-) Baden ein. Wir haben uns im Hotel wohlgefühlt. Morgens und abends hatten wir einen tollen Tisch auf dem Balkon des Restaurants. Das Buffet Morgens und abends war gut und es gab auch immer ein Angebot traditioneller Gerichte. Kleine Unzulänglichkeiten des Hotels werden auf alle Fälle durch die überragende Freundlichkeit des Personals wettgemacht 😊👍.

The only good thing about this place is the location because it is nestled in the mountains. However the reception did us dirty because they gave us standard rooms when we had booked 2x deluxe room. The difference in price was $USD 40. The standard rooms were shabby, coated in dust with stained linen.The bathroom fixture was broken in room 202. No fan duct in bathroom so air was dank and smelly.We would not have known had we not enquired. We were told our deluxe room were leaking hence we were given standard room however when we saw the rooms next morni g there was not a drop in sight. Manager was not available up until we were leaving. When I requested to have money returned the manager just laughed and said to talk to my tour agent. I found this appalling. Food was mediocre. Traditional food was cold. Pool is definitely dangerous because it’s hard to get in. There is metal grating then blue slippery downward slating tile which you have to walk on.My daughter fell in and twisted her knee because it’s precarious walking on the slippery sloped down tile. Definitely will NOT stay here because it’s not well maintained.Its a disaster waiting to happen.

Solo hemos podido una noche y por el poco tiempo no hemos podido disfrutar de gran parte de los servicios. Las vistas desde el comedor son espectaculares y el trato de los empleados del hotel inmejorable.

早餐和晚餐都很美味，所有的工作人員都很有禮貌。所有洗好的衣服都折疊整齊蓬鬆地送回來。房間乾淨舒適。房間和餐廳的景色也非常美麗。我住了兩晚，住得很舒服，沒有任何不便。淋浴間的地板有一個小縫隙，導致漏水，所以我想如果能修好的話就更好了。
