This hotel is adequate. Nice location away from the business of Kandy. Staff were really helpful. The hotel/rooms are clean, although look rather tired and very basic for the size of the rooms. Not quite sure it is value for money but the stay was pleasant enough.

This was a great hotel, worked really well for us, we arrived quite late, 6pm. The hotel had us checked in and having drinks on the balcony in no time, overlooking the city before we headed out. Very large rooms with good views and a really easy ‘Pickme’ tuck tuck ride away from the centre. Good breakfast in the morning before we were off to our next stop.

Estuvimos a gusto, la habitación era grande, bien decorada, buena wifi, nuevas vistas y precio correcto. El desayuno es en una terraza cubierta con grandes vistas, una delicia. Servicio muy atento. No está en el centro pero puedes ir andando, buena situación. De lo mejor de Kandy, muy recomendable.

This was our 5th visit to kandy hills,a lovely hotel in a gorgeous setting ,staff are superb helpful and friendly.We had a junior suite which is ultra modern,spacious with a lovely balcony which afford views right across the valley.Breakfast was included ,this was excellent a great number of choices.We will certainly return ,see you next year

La suite junior est spacieuse avec une très jolie vue. La chambre était propre. Le personnel est serviable et professionnel. Une belle surprise sur notre balcon le matin nous pouvions voir des singes.

Returned for our 5th stay after the forced covid break,what can I say,a brilliant transformation, a complete makeover,the views from our room superb,the bathroom a virtually full sized window allows views across to the opposite side whilst having a bath ,a great design.mant thanks to Sanduni and hope I've got his name correct Saman,superb service from first contact until leaving ,a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was served for the first morning and there after a buffet .We just had continental breakfast and can only comment on this,it was well presented and was tasty,good value for the money paid. We will return once again ,already planning our next trip to Sri Lanka. Thank you to all staff at the hotel for a great visit
