馬哈威利齊飯店(Mahaweli Reach Hotel)

Une télécommande qui commande tout.....hélas lorsque la lumière est éteinte, il faut retrouver la touche à tâtons...résultat nous avons activé "do not disturb". Nous avons déposé notre clé à l'accueil, à notre retour la chambre pas faite minibar vide, literie bof, luminaires hors service..restaurant bien. On ne recommande....

Tolles Hotel,toller Pool,gutes Essen. Ein besonderer Dank an den Küchenchef der Extras gezaubert hatte. Wegen der besonderen Aufmerksamkeit und Höflichkeit gilt extra Dank an, Frau Ruwani,Frau Venuri,Frau Nethari, Frau Imalka und Frau Dhanushika Kumara. Wenn weniger China Gäste da wären, würde ich 10 Sterne geben. Sulakkhana

Very efficient service with a smile by Dhanushika and Kumara who served us at dinner in the Terrace restaurant. They looked after us attentively and were proactive to our needs. The music was soft and lively. The atmosphere convivial. I can recommend this restaurant to travelers visiting Kandy.

There was a disconnect between our Confirmed Agoda booking and hotel room availability when we arrived. The hotel suggested 3rd party booking had failed but gave us a room for night 1 of 2. The hotel was full for our 2nd night. They suggested waiting until 730 pm while they tried to find a room. Whilst resigned to finding another hotel and trying not to be stressed /upset the Hotel worked some magic and honoured our booking for the 2nd night. Big thankyou. Room was excellent with small balcony ,ac and fan. Buffet food was good ,varied and replenished with chefs visible and proactive. All the staff smiled and were happy to engage. Pool is big and very clean. Everywhere appears organised and very presentable. Housekeeping worth a mention! Would we come back? Yes yes but not using Agoda.Be aware the the hotel caters for tour groups that can be very noisy and appear rude but we planned our swimming and eating accordingly and we felt little impact and enjoyed some entertainment people watching The grounds are beautifully kept and lit at night. Watch all the fruitbats flying along the river at dusk --magic. So special thanks to Madushani ,her manager and the team on the front desk.She tried hard for us and this time it worked. She is a credit to the hotel and how she keeps smiling at all the guests all of the time is a gift.

Wir haben 2 Nächte hier verbracht. Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel. Ruhig am Mahaweli Fluss gelegen. Die Zimmer sind riesig und toll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Alle Speisen im Restaurant waren sehr köstlich. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal, von der Rezeption über das Restaurant bis zum Zimmerservice, ist überaus freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Im Restaurant wurden wir von Nadeesha und Lahiyu sehr zuvorkommend versorgt. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Man fühlt sich hier rundum wohl.....

Excellent service and delicious food. This hotel is very beautiful. Nadeesha and madushanka provide great service. We came to only dinner buffet. Enjoyed our dinner time. Thanks a lof Nadeesha and madushanka. We come back again...........
