This is a beautiful golf course that makes good use of the existing landscape, with big trees and boulders as obstacles. The caddies were knowledgeable and friendly. And the facilities we used were very good. We played 18 holes and it took about 5 hours, the pricing was very reasonable, less than I pay for a driving range back home.

The hotel’s superb location offered breezy weather and fresh air, enhancing our stay. The spacious, clean room and friendly staff were commendable. However, the meals, including dinner and breakfast, were not up to par, possibly due to a low guest count that day. Despite this, the overall experience was pleasant.

What a fantastic golf course - the views a simply stunning and considering the amount of rain they’ve had the course is in great condition. The caddies were excellent and very friendly. The hotel rooms were spacious lodge style rooms with everything you need - some had great views over the course but ours looked at trees! The pool is very good but would really do with more sun beds. The only real negative was the food which was average - quite often cold and much less choice than the other hotels we stayed at, especially for vegetarians.

What a stunning golf course and location. Beautiful surroundings nature all around, birds galore: peacocks, minah birds, Sri Lankan pigeons, kingfishers , Kite eagles and egrets . The staff were all very helpful in particular Mr Ravindu at reception and Mr Aslea the naturalist who took us on a fantastic trail walk just before sunset . The delightful housekeeping ladies kept our room spotless. Thanks also to our golf caddies and ball spotter. We would return in a heartbeat.

We've all heard the saying - 'feeling home sick'. I for one just couldn't get enough of the the beautiful, scenic and picturesque scenes from this excellent location/ property. The challets were very well kept with the washroom receiving natural light through a skylight *****. Lot of activities for kids and adults alike. We were taken on a hike to the Araliya Deck by Asela (the Naturalist). Asela being an enthusiastic and knowledgeable person on the subject, made it even more enjoyable and interesting. The food was good and staff were overall courteous. Being a non-golfer, my family and I found this resort to be a great place to unwind, be close to nature and just relax. A truely memorable experience!

Had a great time golfing and the staff was amazing. The caddy was very helpful. The entire staff was very accommodating. They have different amenities perfect for family gathering. Overall, the place is worth the visit, beautiful and scenic with several activities to choose from.

I was there for my brother's wedding, the place is overrated. The only good thing was the breathtaking view. But everything else was horrible. Mosquitos and flies everywhere also arroynd the foods, and no one did anything for that. The reception is far from their restaurant, so when some dishes are running out, you have to wait more than 30min to get the replacement. There are not many waiters on the floor to serve, so you have to wait ages for anything. The place should offer luxury wedding reception ✨️ for the price you pay but definitely after what I saw you can have better somewhere else.

Choosing Victoria Golf Resort was one of the best decisions we made when it came to picking a hotel when touring Kandy. Surrounded by a vast golf course, it was entirely a novel experience since it was like a new world away from the ordinary. We were greeted cordially and treated hospitably throughout our stay. The room was spacious and the amenities excellent, and most importantly the food was just mouth-watering and extremely delicious. Special thanks to the staff and Mr. Nirmala, the naturalist of the hotel, who motivated us for an early morning hike, that turned out to be unforgettable, which led to a breath-taking view of the Victoria reservoir amidst birdwatching while also learning about golf. I highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a holistic experience.

Worst experience ever.. I went there with my family for lunch. All staff mebers are in angry mood. They didnt even talk properly.. And the worst service. They didnt even give cutleries. We have to ask everything to bring. Next is the food.. professional chef cant cook that much worst food. We hv ordered pizza which is not fresh. Its a frozen one. And fried pork was more than rs.2000 which was less than 200g. Im advice you to not to thi this place.
