艾斯特爾別墅度假村(Esthell Village Resort)

Excellent location. Lovely staffs. Neat rooms. Tasty food.. But still I m rating as 1 star due to the Beware of front desk executive "Mr. Jagan" who is money minded. Who don't know how to treat the customer. He is very arrogant and Rude. His attitude and behaviour needs to be changed. Spoke with his ***ager Mr. Vijay on this, not sure whether he took this incident seriously. I have shared the written feedback in resort directly while checkout, I m sure that Mr. Jagan won't share that feedback with others. Therefore posting it here.

pleasant stay out there. Huge place and full of trees. from check in till check out stay was taken care with good gesture. Specially reception staffs and housekeeping staff were so attentive specially even throughout night. positive thing though off shore, lot of adventure games to go through. day is not enough to enjoy all. thanks to entire esthell staff and Mr Prathap Mr Jagan Mr Vineeth Mr Rahmath.

It was pleasant stay out here. Specially lot of fun activities for kids and adventure games too. Definitely would recommend to my circle.special thanks to team front office Mr jagan and team who made our stay pleased. Great hospitality.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel.very good ambience, excellent staff services, clean n hygiene maintained, good food, lots of play activities for adults n kids.i must appreciate the staff good hard work ... overall a very good experience for our family in a peaceful environment and friendly staffs.

The excellent and friendly staff Lawrence, Doss, Vijay, Chef Saravanan and other staff. The food was so good. cordial welcome. We really enjoyed the evening with music party. The place was natural and scenic. All the places are kept neat and clean. It was a memorable experience. Johnson

Nice mrmorable experience . It was fun all the away for young and old . The time just flew. The swimming pool was awesome. The food in the restaurant should be eved faster . But the food was tasty and the rate economical . Congratulations and cheers to the ***agement and staff.

Best place for family gathering. We had a great time recently. Entire family enjoyed the stay with lot of activities. Each staff from parking to room service did a great job. I specially want to thank housekeeping supervisor S. Bharath. He helped me a lot. He is very hardworking and kindhearted person. Thanks a lot for your help and care.

Overall good experience, Excellent service, all staffs were very kind and polite, Special thanks to house keeping staffs K***nakaran ,Barath and ***ager Kumaresan. The rooms were clean and tidy. We enjoyed the amenities with our kids nicely. THE SWIMMING POOL facility was maintained very well. We recommend this resort for having a nice vacation with your family..
