I want a refund bc they wouldn’t let me stay at the hotel bc they didn’t see my name on there reservations even though I had a receipt and confirmation number. The guy in the office was literally screaming at me through the phone that he didn’t care because he didn’t see my name.

There were stains on the sheets and front desk representative got defensive when I mentioned my findings. He immediately told me he can not accommodate me with another room but I can leave the property and find another hotel to stay at.
