坎盧普斯尊榮飯店-匠旅系列(Prestige Kamloops Hotel)

Every time we stay here it is always clean and available for when we get up there to visit our daughter, just wish the price was more reasonable.

Check in wasn’t ready until 4:30pm… other than that, it was ok.

The staff was great, and the room was very clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. Nothing was specifically bad about the stay. There were just a lot of little things that weren't great. None of them on their own would even be a concern, but all together they added up. I certainly wouldn't talk someone out of staying here, but with the number of hotels surrounding this place, I would probably try somewhere else next time.

We stayed over Easter weekend with our 1.5 year old, our first big holiday, the hotel itself is very nice and clean, the staff are wonderful and accommodating, however, it is very loud beside the highway, our bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete, the sheets clearly didn't fit the bed and billowed, the bed made sooo much noise if you so much as wiggled your toe, the shower drain plug broke and couldn't fill the tub (my husband fixed) and there was a random hole in the wall under the sink, other than that we were provided lots of towels, the tub was nice and deep, the room was very nice and cozy, tons of out front parking, walkable to a few locations but not many, the pool was quiet and enjoyable, my husband loved the hot tub and pool side towels we're provided so that also was very nice!

住過不只一次了，每次都不滿意。吵鬧，床凹凸不平，浴室門沒有掛在鉸鏈上，浴室風扇整夜斷斷續續地運轉，而且沒有無線網路。與接待員交談無濟於事，然後又與經理交談。如果我提前透過電子郵件通知他們，下次入住可享 15% 的折扣。這筆錢連稅費都不夠，真是打臉啊！

Staff on check in were very friendly. The bathroom door would not stay on its hinges, the bed was very lumpy and wifi didn’t work in the evening nor the morning we checked out. The person at the desk informed us that the modem must be down. Definitely, will think twice before returning.

這個地點的噪音令人難以忍受。我知道大型運動隊伍有時可能不守規矩，但這家旅館無法管理那些不守規矩的客人，讓我整晚都睡不著。零睡眠。前台沒有道歉，女孩在描述當晚收到了多少投訴時咯咯地笑著。我在名譽寶藏灣的住宿中沒有發現任何幽默。我永遠不會回來。

Very nice and recently renovated. Room was not very clean (found a french fry by the bed and drawers were full of crumbs). Water slide wasn’t open and there was no free coffee which was advertised. Otherwise good value and a good sleep!!

Overnight stay can’t complain price wasn’t horrible as per peak months, decent sized tv in room and decently comfy bed, no coffee in the room which was a little odd. Didn’t use any other amenities at hotel. Will say it was decently quiet other then road noise which was nice.
