Breakfast good

We arrived late after travelling all day and just wanted to sleep. The night staff guy was terribly rude. The debit was not working, but he absolutely insisted it was our cards, so sent my husband across to The Coast to use an ATM. We did so and were able to prove it was the machine at the hotel, but he ignored us and did other tasks that made checking in take even longer. The lobby was filled with extremely loud and rowdy groups of people so was hard to hear ourselves even. Staff couldn’t be bothered by it even though it was 11pm. After a long time we finally got to our room. It was simple but quite nice. Bed was extremely comfortable but the sofa bed was horrible and the springs poked through badly and was not enjoyable. We could hear other people in the hallways and in their rooms. So that was very frustrating. Got up in the morning to get in the road again and the check out staff was incredible! So friendly and apologetic and kindly. They made the check out process fast, smooth, and enjoyable. Two very nice ladies. Lobby was also quiet finally. But overall we won’t stay again given how our check in and night went.

Everything within the hotel’s control was great, except for the breakfast. It was supposed to be included but when we went downstairs to the breakfast room there was no food left (and there was still an hour left of breakfast time). The woman working in there was the only one, she couldn’t keep up with the demand, there should have been another person helping her. I wish the hotel had done more to make her morning (and ours) easier.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights, we were so happy with our room and our whole experience. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend this property Huge shout out to Gina in the breakfast bar she was amazing!!!!

Great staff, very professional, pleasant. Hotel is aging but clean, extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and very clean. Great location for shopping. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
