Had a difficult time checking into our room. The front desk called my cell phone after they gave us our cards to get into the room. Saying they needed to have us come back down to resubmit our credit card because of error on the Hotel side. Than, early Sunday morning 7:30AM. Maids and service workers with walkie-talkies (Very LOUD) were heard up and down the halls. Lots of doors opening and shutting from cleaning workers. (Never experienced this before.)
Next, showed up to eat at the buffet at 10:05AM. No one in line or ahead of us. Waited for 15 minutes to get sat down at the table. Buffet closes at 10:30AM ? Had to settle with Ruthies 22 café with coffee & a donut. Very POOR SERVICE in this AREA. Needs much improvement!!!
