Le plus compliqué quand vous entrez est de trouver une place. Tout le monde se met dans tous les sens et comme il n’y a pas de place définie: bon courage. Les sanitaires sont corrects mais le matin j’ai eu le droit à une douche très tiède. Et mon mari chaude car il l’a prise plus tôt. Alors pour le prix très excessif 440 sek pour 2 avec électricité, je m’attendais à avoir au moins de l’eau chaude!!! Sinon personnel sympathique

First Camp - Stensö Camping in Kalmar is centrally located in relation to the city, beach and attractions. The staff is very welcoming and service minded. But then all the positives end. The place is very expensive (640 kr. per night) - in addition, the price is variable and cannot be disclosed in advance. The more guests there are on the pitch, the higher the price. In return, you will be allowed to queue for toilets, where there is also a lack of toilet paper. The area to which you are assigned a seat when you have not booked in advance is also very dark.

We really liked this site from the moment we arrived. There are multiple small camping areas spread about separated by trees so even though it’s a large site, it doesn’t feel it. The sites are also a good size. There are four service blocks so you are never too far away from facilities. The facilities nearest us were modern and well maintained. Reception staff were very helpful and there is a small well stocked shop and a bistro that we didn’t use. The site has multiple water views and wide gravel pathways for running, biking and hiking. Our only issue was with the positioning of some vehicles which seemed to breach the suggested guidelines but was never checked or corrected, meaning some neighbours were a bit close for comfort and privacy. Still a really good place to stay and recommended as in an excellent position close to town.

Wir waren auf unserer Rundreise für eine Nacht auf dem Platz. Schneller Checking nach Online Buchung. Großer toller überschaubarer Platz meist im Wald, jeder hat viel Platz und Ruhe. Hervorzuheben sind die Sanitäranlagen, super sauber und im Preis alles inbegriffen. Weg zum Wasser keine 3 min. Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern in 10-15 Min in Kalmar. Auch gibt es am Campingplatz einen tollen Rundweg. Minigolf Bahn war auch sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Abends hatten wir Pizza vom Bistro, war lecker und preislich so wie überall in Schweden. Der einzige Abzug gibt es für die vollen Mülltonnen. Die sollten öfters geleert werden! Fazit: wir würden wiederkommen

Ein Campingplatz der eigentlich alles hat, aber die online Buchung war für uns unzureichend. Erst nach 2,5 Stunden kam die Mail mit allen Details. Da standen wir schon 1,5 Stunden vor geschlossener Schranke. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, war ja nebensaison. Die Duschen sind sauber und modern, aber recht klein. In der Dusche ist noch nicht einmal eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit um die Füße abzutrocknen., geschweige ein Waschbecken um sich zu rasieren oder einzucremen.

Allt var bra förutom att vi hade med handikappad. Jobbigt att ta sig upp för trapporna till stugan och toalettvagnen. Och vi fick inte koden till den senare. Men det löste sig genom grannar då receptionen var stängd.
