We spent 3 nights at this centrally located hotel. The room was a good size and well set out. The laundry was handy and very clean, however our room wasn’t. Having a bar and restaurant onsite was a bonus, but the restaurant and kitchen staff weren’t terribly friendly and it really seemed like they didn’t want to be there, perhaps they were just having a bad day (or two?)!

A great place to stay in Kalgoorlie. We stayed 2 nights in July in a kitchenette room and 1 night in a queen room in August . Very comfortable rooms wth all the amenities we required- we would happily stay again when in Kalgoorlie. The guest Laundry is spotless and easy to use. Great restaurant for breakfast and dinner. All the staff we spoke to made this a pleasant stay. Secure parking outside each room.

Property was easily accessible and was welcomed by polite and courteous staff upon arrival. Everything was explained to me as I was only an overstay prior to a long drive across the Nullabour. Room was comfortable and early departure good.

Travelled as part of a group & shared a deluxe room with a friend. Room & shower amenities were very clean & beds were very comfortable. The restaurant catered for all breakfast needs & evening meals were huge, amazing & delicious. The bar staff & waiters were very polite, efficient & ensured that all our needs were met. Will definitely return.

Great Location. Good service and clean and well kept premises. We stayed in a standard room with a queen bed but the bed was hard. Breakfast was not included and we did not use the reataurant facilities.

Location was great. Stayed only overnight so didn’t use too many of the facilities so difficult to comment. They were happy to look after our luggage after checkout which was excellent of them

Rooms don’t get cleaned regularly, service is below average. New customers are preferred over repeat by customer or visitors. Numerous occasions have had to cancel booking and go to different hotels due to getting put up in grotty smelly mould ridden rooms. Don’t expect after hours service
