Our room here was of a higher standard than that at the Pinnacle’s Edge Resort. It was a standard motel room. It was close to everything e.g. a tavern, the fish and chip shop, the beach. It was an ideal base from which to explore the town, beach and National Park. However, the room had not been cleaned properly. There was a dirty food pot under the bed and a sweet under the chair. The tea towel did not seem to be fresh. This was one of only two motels/hotels that we stayed in in our five weeks in Australia that did not provide a daily cleaning service or a change of towels. Our main problem was that there was a very strong light shining into our bedroom from the wall outside of the laundry which meant that our room was not dark when we wanted to sleep.

My wife and stayed here for two nights. Sha was very welcoming. Room was very spacious. Bed was also very comfortable. The complex has a pool, outdoor table and chairs and bbq for guests to use There is also a lounge area for guests to use. The continental breakfast was very good and started off with a big bowl of fresh fruit salad. The room could have done with some more bench space. We found the door stop to be in a dangerous position - could be easily tripped over and a nasty injury as a result. We put a bag here to stop any accident. There was a nice big spa and candles, however we found the spa slippery. If we were in Kalbarri again we would certainly stay here.

房間乾淨,工作人員抵達時愉快。位置好。室外區域可以看起來更好,花園,游泳池等。完全失望的是一件事 - 工作人員和經理對我冷凍食品在冰箱冷凍部分解凍的態度。他們並不煩惱,建議我的食物會保存一個星期(我把它扔掉)。這個地方並不便宜,因爲它是基本的。良好的客戶服務今天是最重要的,因爲它一直是!提示-冷凍機無法應付!

I do not recommend staying at this park. The men that run the park Kevin and Jeff confront women in a very rude, aggressive and antagonizing manner. They are extremely unreasonable and run the park in a military style with no accountability themselves. This confrontational behaviour and harassment (after we complained to Perth staff) caused so much stress and anxiety in our family over the days we stayed, we felt extremely uncomfortable and harassed to the point where we left our holiday 3 days early. This has been the worst camping experience I have ever had, and do wish other families to waste their time and money at this park. The experience was not consistent with other WA and Kalbarri parks. The park is NOT kid friendly at all. There is hardly any shade and there are no additional bathroom facilities to use other than your one en-suite bathroom, so for a larger size family like mine it was a struggle with just one toilet. The concerns over the way the staff treated us were taken up with Summerstar management but they have since not gotten back to us after promising to look into it and have since ignored us. They have refunded 1 night stay. A days refund does not give back your time or the relaxation from a welcoming and stress free camping environment.
