錯過了棕櫚酒店，晚上別無選擇臨時定了這家。設施非常簡陋，國內2⭐民宿的水平吧。我們有個碗用了沒洗，居然要收我們35刀。 更可怕的是，床上居然有蜱蟲，我老公都被咬了。

就是海邊自家小別墅，環境很一般，而且房間內的設施老舊，客廳也沒有空調，房間空調也不製冷，洗澡間也不配備沐浴露、洗髮水等

設施：有點老 衞生：不是很乾凈、洗手盆漏水沒人修理 環境：靠近海邊，晚上有袋鼠出沒，去幾個旅遊景點都很方便 服務：基本靠機器，工作時間有服務員

酒店很舒服 乾淨程度滿意 就是燈光不太舒服

Hotel is good and with suitable location to visit the Kalbarri national park.

Good location, nice enough pool area, plenty of space. Was a strange layout and very motel feeling to it. Bed are on wheels on tiles. Had parking right infront the unit. Nice to have bedroom and lounge area seperate as we have a child. Was clean enough. Not a bad stay but not a wow.

Room clean, staff pleasant on arrival. Good location. Outdoor area could look much better, gardens, pool etc. Totally let down by one thing - the attitude of staff member and manager regarding my frozen food thawing in the freezer section of the fridge. They were not bothered and suggested my food would keep for a week ( I chucked it). This place wasn't cheap considering it was basic. Good customer service is paramount today as it's always been! Tip - freezer doesn't cope!

Only 2 nights on the start of a road trip. A bit small but it was all that we needed with lots of time discovering Kalbarri. Clean. the pool was great too. We were a difficult group to arrange beds for. A Granny, Mum and 2 boys but this villa worked. This is not a HOTEL! just Villas

We loved out stay here. I had accidently booked the townhouse instead of the two-bedroom unit. Wow what a great mistake to make. We loved all the space and the balcony was massive with amazing views. We spent most evenings here! Location is brilliant close to everything from the IGA, cafes and the two pubs. If you are looking for ultra-modern then this is not the place for you but if you want space at good value for money then book it now! Staff were very friendly and approachable. Late November / early December is a quieter time for Kalbarri and some places take a few weeks off so less choice of eating out. We loved the peace and quiet of it and clearly there is still ongoing work to rebuild after the cyclone. So glad we decided to visit and stay at this accommodation.

Staff were rude and disrespectful . Bathroom toilet wasnt clean from last guest's. Floor wasn't clean foot marks over floor . And their new policy about the double vaccinate is outrageous. Shame on you .

I arrived after a drive up from Perth and the office was closed. I followed the instructions from the email and a key dropped out of the check in machine like a vending machine. Very cool. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen area was ok, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge but no cooker. That was ok because it was a short walk to the pub and steak suppers. There is a public barbie that is available which I used one night. The bed was very comfortable indeed. This place is right across the road from the beautiful beach. And very close to the supermarket as well. The pool is attractive and scrupulously clean. Friendly staff, in contrast to some of the reviews I read before writing this. I’m guessing the rude reviewers were just rude people. In short I spent a very happy 5 nights here. This sounds a bit gushing, which was not my intention, but it’s just a really nice place.

Great position so close to shops and beach. Enourmous space Well equipped good bathroom and spacious kitchen. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff ever so helpful. Quick walk to the pubs and shops. Easy to do washing and drying line provided. Great place to stay
