阿胡阿胡海灘別墅(Ahu Ahu Beach Villas)

Had my wife's 50th birthday party here and took the lodge, villas, the next door Air'BnB and some of the chalets at in Oakura. Seth and his Parents could not have been more helpful and their dedication to us having a good time, which included putting up a shade-sail in torrential rain, made our stay there memorable. We will assuredly be back there.....if could give them 6 stars I would.

We stayed in Ahu Ahu Beach Villas for two nights. I wished I could stay longer! Beautiful scene and quiet environment. One minute walk to the beach and it is safe for kids. I like the style of the villa, relaxing atmosphere with stunning sea views.

Stunning coastline views the second you walk in. We loved this little cottage, overlooking the sea, rustic and full of character, that has been built with reclaimed timbers, old wharf beams and recycled windows, and so much more. Has a basic little kitchen and a BBQ outside, so we went prepared with easy to cook meals. You are a long way out of town, but that is what makes this bolthole special, it is quiet, with the roar of the sea just down the hill. Going back in the summer, for a different feel.

Beautifully crafted, spotlessly clean boutique villa's with amazing views. We loved every minute of our stay from the cosy ambience of the villa's to the beach walks to the excellent service from Seth. Nothing was too much trouble during the booking process and our stay. Perfectly located 3 mins from Oakura which has great cafe's and a welcoming pub and only 15mins from New Plymouth. Hard to beat!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Stunning views and such a gorgeous Villa. The hosts are absoutely lovely. Honestly this is one of the nicest spots in NZ - I had no appreciation of the scenery,

A rustic villa, extremely clean, well appointed, cozy with an unmatched view of the Tasman Sea. We had a great time and one of the owners, Seth, welcomed us and explained all the features of the property. While we are used to a/c or fans, this villa used natural ventilation, sea breeze and open windows. We talked to Seth about providing fans, but once we open up the windows, we really didn't feel the need for one. We fell in love with the villas and the area and would love to be back in the future!

We stayed here at the end of our trip and it was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beautiful scenery and listen to the sounds of the surf and birds. Seth, Nuala and David all made a point of stopping by to see how we were settling in and it was lovely to read the history behind the creation of the villas. Cannot recommend this place enough - would still be there if we could ☺️

The villas have an amazing view of the see and the interior is also quite crazy. Management is friendly and tries to help whenever possible.

Superb upscale quiet escape with amazing views, and delightful hosts. This is a chocolates on the pillow kind of place. A one of a kind stay or event opportunity waiting to happen.
