Very helpful staff. Rooms are very big and felt like being in our own house. Pool and spa was out of order when we were there. Great location to start from when looking to go up the 90mile beach.

"Surface Clean", but still generally dirty. Had to keep resetting the cistern in the toilet to keep it from continually running. Property next door is horrendous, thankfully it can only be seen out the back windows. Chairs were uncomfortable, beds moved so you couldn't sit up in bed and pillows were awful.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed at! We booked it in May for Dec stay so would have hoped to get a decent room. We can’t believe the room was even allowed to be charged out. It absolutely smelt like it had been shut up for years and even the bedding smelt horrible. It was hard opening the windows as the latches were ceased up. Basically couldn’t wait to leave and glad it was only for 1 night

Was booked here on a work trip and really wish I hadn’t been. The room smelt musty when I walked in, the bed was uncomfortable, the cutlery in the drawer had sticky stuff on it, and the toilet seat also required a clean before use. Room was also very loud - could hear all the road noise, and walls were so thin I could hear the person in the adjoining room plugging a plug into the socket.

Good laundry facilities & bonus of a swimming pool & spa. Separate room for adults sleeping. A little outdated in apartment but functional. Would benefit from a clothes line on balcony or airer to dry swimming togs (eco friendlier).
