I tried to book here for April 2022 through AIRMILES site. As soon as I clicked "reserve." my air miles were deducted. Next, I received an email from the owner saying the property was not available for my dates, although the reservation was accepted. So, I lost my points and my reservation. When I contacted AIRMILES, they contacted the owner of the property who said the reservation was "non-refundable" and they would stay firm to that policy! I didn't cancel the reservation, so why do I get punished!
