Had a great stay. Staff were friendly and quick to take care of whatever we asked for. Hotel restaurant was great with unbelievable sunset views every evening. Snorkeling in front of the hotel was great and the pop up craft fair brought quality vendors right to us. Loved it and will return again!

They are operating on minimal staff, so Customer Service is not what it used to be. They have moved the south breakfast buffet to the north property, and made it a mixture of buffet/serve. We really enjoyed the south property breakfast buffet where you can just go all you can eat when you want and get what you want. Also, your Marriott Bonvoy status doesn’t matter at the Western property, which is annoying. I suppose I can understand not honoring Marriott Bonvoy at Weston vacation, but they advertise the Marriott Bonvoy on the property.

Too short! The 1st floor, 2 bdrm unit we had was close to the beach, had a garden view and large patio.Large bedrooms/bathrooms with the Westin Heavenly beds. Kitchen was well equipped, restaurant was fair but walking distance to others. Towels were changed out daily. Only thing that wasn't wonderful was the $25/day/ chair fee for the beach. Will definitely go back. Loved being farther north on the island-much less traffic.

Very welcoming and friendly, room was absolutely amazing. Resort was beautiful and clean. Staff was also a delight, I had forgotten my sweater and they emailed me within days to let me know I had forgotten it and that they could ship it out to me. Definitely recommend! :)

Whenever i book through *******, i usually get rooms with poor views. This one was the view of the parking structure. The last one was of a side wall when we stated at Grand Wailea. Other than that, we loved everything about this spot.

I came with my family and 3 kids wonderful place would love to come again. I even left my Apple Watch and one of the baby’s coat and all items were found and shipped to me
