朱諾艾斯本套房飯店(Aspen Suites Hotel Juneau)

Just a couple things to note… It would be very helpful to have some kind of breakfast available since there are really no restaurants even close at all for walking… Or provide a shuttle? Also, when I worked out in the gym, there needs to be some kind of sanitary wipes for when finished. There was nothing in there at all, so I had to clean before I worked out on my own.

The room had not been cleaned, the decor is shabby, and the bed needs to be replaced.

Lost my reservation while I had reconfirmed 2 weeks prior. Issues in room, most of the staff was rude and more interested in handing out in the back than serving customers.

Summer rates are pretty high for a property with no amenities except a vending machine and is in the middle of nowhere.

Not helpful, no shuttle, no restaurant, it was clean but that's the only good thing about it

The property was clean and the beds comfortable. They had fresh coffee all day and the staff was friendly and quick with check in. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this property is convenient to downtown Juneau, the Valley and Lemon Creek. The hotel itself is ok. The key cards stopped working the day before we left...the staff seemed unconcerned about this. This property is in an industrial area and there are no restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were not. Overall, this hotel is ok but I don't know if I would stay there again.

Took my golden retriever to Juneau for surgery. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room was perfect for what I needed. Hotel exterior and interior was beautiful inside and out!

This motel is located far from any services and does not even provide shuttle service to the airport about five minutes away.
