Hotel con buona posizione, camera ampia con buoni prodotti da bagno ma carente nella pulizia, tappeti vicino al letto sporchi , camera con capelli negli angoli. Tappeti alla reception sporchi. Ristorante a buffet al primo piano con tovagliette sui tavoli sporche, abbiamo dovuto richiedere di cambiarle, personale assente, c’era gente che prendeva il cibo con le ***i senza che nessuno dicesse nulla.. non proprio da 4 stelle! Ci siamo lamentati alla reception e ci hanno riso dietro. Insomma x una notte senza pretese ok ma meglio trovare qualcosa di altra categoria. Abbiamo chiesto per un massaggio o altro trattamento alla Spa al 9 piano ma nulla disponibile.. mah

In questo hotel abbiamo trascorso due notti. Hall grande in stile moderno, staff abbastanza disponibile. Ci è stata data la camera n°705 al settimo piano, camera grande e pulita, con una grande finestra che guarda proprio sulle Girnar Hill, due letti singoli purtroppo anzichè matrimoniale, tv, a/c, bollitore the/caffè, minibar, due bottiglie in vetro di acqua ma non sigillate quindi non ci siamo fidati, cassaforte. Bagno con doccia grande, lavabo e wc, phon e asciuga***i. Wi-fi lento e malfunzionante. La colazione e la cena servita nel ristorante dell'hotel, a buffet, varia e abbastanza buona anche se molto piccante per noi.

It was awesome stay over the property. The staff at the property is so generous and helpful. The food served is delicious. The property is located in midst of the city and easily approachable beating the traffic. Tourist interest places are easily approachable. It's worth visit place.

It was one of my best discovery to stay in this property. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I got a great deal from in house reservations. The buffet spread was very attractive and food was testy. The ***ger Ravi is a gem of person. It was nice meeting him. I definitely recommend the property to all people.

Best combination of awesome food, great hospitality and service. Spacious hall with all amenities to organise family functions, business events, etc. ***agers were all time supportive with polite way and staff people too. Location also main road and nearby railway station and bus station.

Very good! Amazed that we finally found a high end hotel in Junagadh. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, the bedding was amazing and the staff are very helpful. No complaints. My only request to the ***agement team of this hotel is: please keep this property maintained and add more options for breakfast. Property maintenance seems to be the biggest snag in India with hotels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you

Very nice hospitality , nice ambience and everything was perfect what i expect from a brand. anyone never disappoint. i really enjoy with all amineties , facility and breastfast and dinner. Overall very good experience and enojy a lot with good memories.
