伊甸飯店 - 沐浴者(Hôtel Eden - la Baigneuse)

Hotel cosy avec vue directe sur la mer. Hôtesse charmante et très attentionnée. Sommes restés 3 nuit et n’avons qu’un seul regret: que la température un peu frisquette le matin ne nous ait pas permis de profiter du patio pour le petit déjeuner (très bien par ailleurs). A recommander sans hésiter.

Gentilezza e professionalità al 100% , super soddisfatte, abbiamo trovato nell’ host un grandissimo aiuto in una giornata iniziata male, una donna davvero premurosa, il lunedì dopo Pasqua, quindi ve lo consigliamo davvero tantissimo! Tutto meritato !

We had never stayed here before, but it was nicely situated in the centre a road away from the promenade, a short walk away from the shops, restaurants and also the train station. Antibes is also nearby about a 20–25-minute walk away. Nothing was too much trouble for the lady on reception who went out of her way to help - I think her name was Patricia. Our room was on the third floor which could have proved difficult for anyone with mobility issues as there is no lift in the building. The room itself had all the things that you would require in 3* hotel room, it was nicely decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We even had a sea view so could see all the yachts each day. The continental buffet breakfast each morning was good too. Even the rain did not spoil our trip and it is a hotel that we would both stay at again. I recommend that if you are looking for a place to stay you should check this place out.

We stayed for 3 nights, enjoyed our stay. Hotel near the front, easy to get around Juan-les-Pins. Hotel clean, good sized rooms cleaned daily. Staff friendly and helpful. Could pay for breakfast, a lovely covered terrace with a good selection to choose from at breakfast. Would recommend as a place to stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely little hotel, right near the beach at Juan les Pins. The owner was very helpful and friendly (unlike many others in the region). Our stay was wonderfully pleasant and the best thing were the very reasonably priced breakfasts on the terrace/patio. Actually was the best meal of the day. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone. Competitively priced for the area. Thank you!!

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel du 25 au 29 juillet 2023. L'accueil et la gentillesse sont les points forts de cet hôtel, sans compter son emplacement idéal (100 m de la plage). Dès notre arrivée, nous sommes accueillis par la propriétaire qui nous indique le fonctionnement du lieu et nous fournit volontiers quelques conseils sur les environs. Un véritable accueil familial et humain qu'on ne retrouve pas partout ! L'établissement n'est pas équipé d'ascenseur, donc attention en cas de mobilité réduite, cet hôtel n'est pas adapté pour vous. Par contre la propriétaire se propose de nous aider à porter nos bagages jusqu'à la chambre ! Cette dernière est agréable, propre et fonctionnelle, je ne demandais rien de plus pour me reposer après une journée de voyage. On y retrouve le traditionnel coffre fort, une bouilloire avec thé et café, ainsi que trois bouteilles d'eau (merci beaucoup !). Aucun frigo disponible dans la chambre, mais l'hôtel se situe à 150 m d'un magasin alimentaire en cas de besoins. Le point négatif de la chambre est l'isolation... Pour peu qu'il y ait des voisins moins silencieux à leur retour nocturne, on entend parfaitement tout ! Les ouvertures et les claquements de portes, les discussions dans le couloir, etc. Le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel est à réserver en sus le soir d'avant, et on a l'impression d'être accueillis à la maison ! On y trouve du pain, des viennoiseries, de la confiture, des œufs, du café, du lait, etc. en libre service. Chaque allée et venue est ponctuée d'un petit mot ou d'une attention du veilleur ou de la propriétaire... ou de Dobby (un petit chat roux tout câlin qui arpente les couloirs de l'hôtel ; notre coup de cœur en plus pour cet endroit). Bref un endroit à conseiller si vous ne recherchez pas le luxe d'une grand hôtel, mais plutôt d'un accueil familiale simple et fonctionnel.

Hyggelig vert som var vennlig og bolig til å yte service hele tiden. Frokosten var utmerket og frokost-rommet både ute og inne var koselig. Rent og stille var det og kort vei til stranda.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Eden. Our room was quite small but very comfortable. We had a little peek of the sea from our window. Our bathroom was recently updated and had everything we needed, great water pressure and soft towels. There was an abundance of hooks in two areas of the room which is something we rarely see at higher end hotels. The bus stop was close by and the train station was even closer. Hotel Eden was the perfect spot for us while visiting the Cote d'Azur.

Excellent hôtel, propre, calme, literie au top, tout près des plages et du centre ville. La patronne de l'hôtel et le personnel tres accueillants et très sympas. Mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel.. à refaire...
