海灘民宿飯店 - 別館(Hotel Casa del Mare - Annex)

Bel hôtel 5* qui , bien qu'en bord de route passante , mais face à la mer , est bien insonorisé. Il est pour le moins dommage que l'arrière donne une vue immédiate sur des débris de chantier. Superbes suites bien tenues. Très beau spa. Excellent accueil , personnel partout très aimable , avec une mention spéciale pour celui du restaurant de la plage. Seul bémol de taille , l'absence totale d'amabilité et de politesse de la jeune fille et du très jeune homme au petit - déjeuner le dimanche . Le lendemain ( présence du patron ? ) , un mieux. Mais il nous a fallu attendre le 3ème matin pour découvrir la carte des plats chauds... avec le patron , toujours d'une extrême amabilité. Le restaurant est très bon avec des plats typiques et des prix corrects par rapport à sa catégorie et les pieds dans l'eau. Belle carte de vins locaux et voisins de très belle qualité. Personnels différents de nos 3 dîners aussi professionnels qu'attentionnés. Excellent séjour de 3 nuits à 5 dans 2 suites..

Nos alojamos en la habitación con muy linda vista al mar. El desayuno era bueno, variado. El spa es pequeño pero muy íntimo y ofrece mucha privacidad. El restaurante de la playa tenía comida deliciosa. El clima estuvo regular, hubo una pequeña tormenta pero nada importante. Sobre todo fue bueno. 
El personal fue muy atento y amable, sin embargo, no me gustó una chica de la recepción porque era extremadamente grosera y arrogante. Le pedimos que nos explicara cosas básicas para ver cerca, no le interesó mucho y nos dio el mapa (que también podemos encontrar en el teléfono) y nos dijo que todo está resaltado. Creo que su nombre era Maya (tal vez María) con cabello oscuro. 
El buen personal fue Luca y Philip del restaurante de la playa.

Junior suitte konakladık. Oda güzel konforlu ancak ara katlarda ve asansör yok. Normalde sorun değil fakat bebek arabası ile bizim için zor oldu. Roof restorant inanılmaz başarılı beach restorant da öyle. restorant çalışanları çok çok tecrübeliler.kahvaltısı da şahane. Genel olarak çok keyifli ancak bir problem var ki insan kaynağıyla ilgili. Resepsiyondaki yetkililer değiştikçe malesef kalite değişiyor. Misafirin arabasını girişi kapatacak şekilde park ettirmek bir yönetim eksikliğidir ve giderilmelidir. Bir daha olsa yine bu otelde konaklarım. Tabii ki resepsiyonda da bir iyileştirme yapılırsa..

Магистраль, автобусная остановка под окнами, пляж через нерегулируемым перекрёсток на повороте, Машины совсем не всегда пропускают, ребёнка 9 лет одного отпустить через дорогу нереально, открытый Бассеин размером самый маленький из всех которые я когда либо видела там в нем реально пару человек может стоять, ну и все это реально в полутораметре от дороги, вайфай очень плохо ловит даже в комнате, на пляже он есть только в ресторане. Отель находится нигде прогуляться реально негде, возле дороги нет нормальных тротуаров. Комнаты обычные, стандартные, неплохо декорированные. В общем для тех кто любит дышать выхлопными газами и слушать дорогу прекрасный выбор.

Alles ist perfekt hier! Freundliches Personal, grosses sauberes Zimmer (wird 2-3×täglich gemacht) bequeme Betten, kleiner schöner Pool und wundervoller kleiner Spa! Trotz der stark befahrenen Strasse vor dem Hotel ist es nachts im Zimmer ruhig. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist in der Nebensaison geschlossen. Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen im Bocasa Beachclub sind sehr lecker und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Leckerer Cappuccino und Cocktails. Auch unsere wilden kleinen Jungs waren sehr willkommen! Am Kiesstrand hat es genügend bequeme Liegen und das Meer ist glasklar. Wir können alles nur weiterempfehlen!

На крыше отеля восхитительный ресторан с очень приветливым обслуживанием, пьянящей атмосферой и шеф поваром с мишленовской звездой, который приехал сюда работать. Было очень очень вкусно и уютно и тепло

Overall we were slightly disappointed with the hotel. The rooms are amazing and very well decorated, the beds are comfy and everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast area was lovely and the menu was fantastic. For us, the hotel really lacks outside space, particularly when the roof garden is shut. There is no bar area in the hotel and the only choice you have is the beach bar across the road. The hotel restaurant was also shut whilst we visited. As the hotel didn’t have a restaurant or an outside space open, I’m really not sure it can be classed as 5 star. Bocasa across the road was nice but wasn’t fully open for the seasons and out of the 6 times we ate there only had the full menu on twice. We also came down a couple of evenings and once there was a private function and the other they were busy with a band. Both times we had to sit outside in a cold area and wait for tables to be laid up. It felt like the hotel guests were an inconvenience and they prioritised the visitors instead. The road out the front is very busy and noisy, but the views are worth it. I’d like to think the hotel would be a lot different when all of the facilities are open, but none of the staff could give us an answer when they would be! The indoor pool and spa are is amazing and the perfect place to relax.

Would highly recommend this hotel. From the moment you arrive in reception to Barbara and her team they can’t do enough for you. Breakfast is superb and I like the way they change what they offer on the cold table each day. The Bocasa restaurant across the road attached to the hotel is a little gem and we didn’t eat anywhere else. Our room with balcony was a lovely addition. Loved the chocolate provided by the turn down service. First visit to Monte***** and this hotel and of course the wonderful welcome, beautiful scenery and super friendly people has made me want to return.

We were staying in Tivat and wanted a spa afternoon & massage, which the hotel was able to provide at short notice. What a lovely little spa! Ultra polite& friendly staff, immaculate facilities and a really good massage. We had three hours in the spa plus massage, all for €50 each which was great value. We also had lunch at the hotel’s beachfront restaurant which was delicious. Highly recommend both experiences
