AMENITIES: - We provide starter items: towels, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee & trash can liners. Highly r recommend you bring additional items too! ENTRY: - A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival. BEDROOMS: - Master: King - Bedroom 2: Queen - Bedroom 3: Queen KITCHEN: - Fully equipped with: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils. SECURITY CAMERAS: - Doorbell Camera. Recording 24/7 during and after all reservations. IMPORTANT NOTE: - Supply Closet is not accessible for guests. PET: - Allowed for a charge of $195 for up to two dogs (2 max) and $95 for extra pets after 2. -We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding! EV CHARGER The charger is set to a schedule due to the local power company guidelines. It will automatically turn on for charge from Weekdays: Midnight - 6am Weekends: Midnight - 2pm As long as the car is plugged in it will begin charging on its own at midnight tonight IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB, COWBOY POOL & SAUNA: To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub and pool. • We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users. • No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool. • Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool. • Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover. • Children must be supervised at all times. • Please heat the hot tub with cover on. • Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. •Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. By adhering to this requirement, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of our hot tub and pool facilities. PLEASE NOTE: Our sauna is a dry sauna. While it offers a rejuvenating experience, it does not produce steam. We want to ensure that all guests are aware of this distinction before booking.
