They must be house-trained and stay off furniture, and out of the pool and hot tub. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding! Pool Heating Pool heating charge is $200/day applicable during months of April - October and $300/day applicable from November, December and March For colder months of January and February, we DO NOT OFFER HEATING ◦ Authorized early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 per hour ◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee ◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address * Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration. No drinking in the hot tub, please. Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
