I’ve stayed at a Home2Suites twice before and had great experiences both times. This Home2Suites has an extremely awful manager that is deceitful and not customer friendly at all. I called the hotel prior to request an isolated room with no immediate neighbors because I am noise and light sensitive and was told they made a note on my reservation, & if there were any rooms available, they would accommodate me. Upon arrival, the manager noted that yes, he saw the note and he would accommodate me. When I got to my room I noticed that the toilet was clogged and the smoke detector was located right above the bed with a very bright, green light flashing. The front desk staff did come up and unclog the toilet for me so I decided to stay and deal with the flashing light from the smoke detector. It was not until I was getting ready for bed and turned off my TV that I noticed that I had next-door neighbors, by that time I was pretty sleepy and I didn’t want to go downstairs and switch rooms so I hoped that eventually they would calm down and turn their TV down as well. I had my AirPods on me so I was able to cancel out the noise but eventually my AirPods died during the night & I was woken up by the next door neighbors tv blasting through to my room. It wasn’t until after I made a commotion that the front desk staff put me in a isolated room like I requested which that toilet was also clogged! The next morning I called the manager out & he had the audacity to kick me off the property!
