史密斯菲爾德普羅維登斯希爾頓惠庭套房飯店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Smithfield Providence)

Nice hotel, spacious room, okay breakfast. My complaint was the fitness room smelled really bad. I had complained about it to the lady at the front desk but they did not seem to have done much about it. If you do not plan to exercise during your stay then I will definitely recommend this hotel. However if you have a plan to workout during your stay then I will look for a different hotel.

It could easily be cleaner. They had a note that front entrance would be closed at 10 and when I left they closed it at 9. Staff is nice. Pool is very green. Chair in room very stained. Room could use a good deep clean or updating. Stayed for one night good enough.

Hotel is new and overall pretty nice. The service at check-in was perfect. The room overall wasn’t cleaned well from the previous stay, the shower had not been cleaned at all. The walls are thin and the tv from the adjoining room was very loud unfortunately. For $170 a night a better cleaning and a bit more soundproofing would be expected.

Check in staff was very friendly, Steve. I forgot to request pillows without feathers, I'm allergic. When we called the front desk Steve was happy to help and swap the pillows out for us for foam. Lobby, our room and grounds of property were clean. We will definitely stay again.

The room was not that clean. The couch in the room was so stained we wouldn't sit on it. As soon as we opened up the couch to turn it into a bed, full on chips that had been dropped and it had stains.

The property was very well maintained and had everything that we could possibly need. I wish we could have spent a bit more time at the hotel so that we could have used the amenities. I would recommend this property most whole heartedly.

I’ve stayed at a Home2Suites twice before and had great experiences both times. This Home2Suites has an extremely awful manager that is deceitful and not customer friendly at all. I called the hotel prior to request an isolated room with no immediate neighbors because I am noise and light sensitive and was told they made a note on my reservation, & if there were any rooms available, they would accommodate me. Upon arrival, the manager noted that yes, he saw the note and he would accommodate me. When I got to my room I noticed that the toilet was clogged and the smoke detector was located right above the bed with a very bright, green light flashing. The front desk staff did come up and unclog the toilet for me so I decided to stay and deal with the flashing light from the smoke detector. It was not until I was getting ready for bed and turned off my TV that I noticed that I had next-door neighbors, by that time I was pretty sleepy and I didn’t want to go downstairs and switch rooms so I hoped that eventually they would calm down and turn their TV down as well. I had my AirPods on me so I was able to cancel out the noise but eventually my AirPods died during the night & I was woken up by the next door neighbors tv blasting through to my room. It wasn’t until after I made a commotion that the front desk staff put me in a isolated room like I requested which that toilet was also clogged! The next morning I called the manager out & he had the audacity to kick me off the property!

This is our hotel of choice while visiting family that lives in the area. Always clean, always friendly and helpful staff, and always a great deal for the price! We hope to be back soon!

The woman who checked me in didn't present herself, never made contact. She was JUST ok. The Hotel was nice and I would stay again.
