克萊頓加納舒適套房飯店(Comfort Suites Clayton - Garner)

This hotel is very run down and old. Rooms are falling apart. I cannot believe I paid money to stay in such conditions.

Young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and easy to work with! Not sure of her name but she was great.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only reason they didn’t get a 5 is because the bathroom is outdated. Shower was hard to cut on and the toilet made this loud noise when flushed.

The staff was great and the rooms are very clean. However the last 3 times I've stayed here the air conditioner in the room barely worked.

Good option for spacious room, comfortable bed. The room was quite humid despite AC unit on, couldn’t open the closet. Would remind front desk to never say the guest’s room number out loud upon checkin, for security reasons. Decent breakfast options and nice to have the snacks and drinks available for purchase.

Well 1st impressions I was nervous. When I got there a party of about 10 people were ahead of me. Had to wait like forever it seemed to checkin. Then in the main lobby there’s a hole in ceiling dripping water. 2 trash cans-plastic underneath to catch water. There was water on the floor. I almost slipped when the clerk said I could come get checked in. The clerk said the reason water was on floor is because someone must have hit the trashcan. I get checked in 1st to a room on 2nd floor. Get into my room and realize there is no light blocking curtain on the window where the bed is. That nc sun would wake me early am, wasn’t feeling that. Go back down clerk follows me up to room I explain she calls manger I am then moved to the 3rd floor. I got some of the best sleep I have in awhile in that room. Thank u Jesus. Also the need HBO, showtime, Cinemax some kind of movie channel, bad, ASAP

Ok look, this place for me was definitely in my top 5 hotels. The staff were all amazing to me. Very nice, courteous, helpful in anyway that could be. The room was fantastic! WiFi needs updating. WiFi service is a little spotty. The only negative I could find with the actual room at all would be better black out curtains. Everything else was great! I highly recommend this hotel. Very restful, quiet, peaceful, heck tranquil even.

The location was PERFECT to the places i needed to go. I place stay there again in the future. The staff were curious and knowledgeable of the area. Over all a 10 star rating. Thank you very much.
