幸運豆旅館(Lucky Bean Guesthouse)

La Guesthouse Lucky Bean offre un accueil chaleureux dans un cadre tranquille et sécurisé. Les chambres spacieuses et propres ajoutent au confort, tandis que le magnifique jardin et la piscine offrent une détente bienvenue. Le personnel extra et le délicieux petit déjeuner, en particulier les omelettes exceptionnelles, ont contribué à rendre mon séjour mémorable.

Dieses Guesthouse haben wir genutzt, um unsere Rundreise im Osten Südafrikas zu starten/beenden. Der Inhaber Conway, seine Tochter Faye sowie alle Angestellten sind herzensgute Menschen, die diese tolle Unterkunft mit Begeisterung führen. Als wir Probleme mit unserem Mietwagen hatten, hat uns Conway sehr gut weitergeholfen. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Lucky Bean Guesthouse is a peaceful haven in Melville, Johannesburg. We were 4 including teens of 13 and 19. Conway was very kind and helpful already before arrival. The rooms are great (we had two), each with their own entrance and an area outside to sit. The pool was very much appreciated. The recommended tours - Streetart in Jo'burg + cycling in Soweto - were great. Murphy and Sifisu were so kind and graceful and made the nicest fresh breakfast. All in all a great stay. I can highly recommend it to everyone who appreciates a peaceful place to come back to after busy hours in the city.

Stayed at the Lucky Bean on a work but my time at the Lucky Bean seemed more like a holiday. It is a wonderfully peaceful guesthouse. All of the staff are so welcoming. Breakfast as delicious, the honesty bar a treat, the beds so comfortable with a variety of pillows, rooms have everything you need. The WiFi was excellent and made working easy. Thank you to Conway, Murphy and everyone who made my stay so enjoyable.

The Lucky Bean is a haven. The rooms are spacious and elegant and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. There is a great pool to have a dip in the morning, areas to sit outside and a communal kitchen which is open all the time for tea, coffee and wine. We were served fresh and delicious breakfasts by Murphy and her team. Great African art throughout. I would not stay anywhere else on future trips. Thanks to everyone for making it such a relaxing trip.

Lucky Bean Guesthouse is what you need to relax after a long flight or an exhausting journey. Our room was quiet, clean and had everything we needed - bath, shower, safe, fridge, kettle and tea and coffee. There are European sockets in the rooms, so charging our phones was easy. There are only a few rooms in the property, and guests share a lovely swimming-pool with sunbeds and a dining room. Breakfast included fruit, cereal, yoghurt, toast, jam with tea and coffee and a variety of egg dishes made especially for us. The owner, Conway, was really friendly and helpful, he consulted us on the shopping, wine, local cafes and other things. It was such a pleasure to talk to him and discuss everything we needed. The area of Melville is safe in comparison to downtown Johannesburg. It's green, quiet and has some very nice restaurants and cafes. Getting around by Uber is cheap and convenient. We spent 2 days on the property and enjoyed the peace and quiet of its garden. Thank you so much, Conway, for making us feel at home :))) The area of Johannesburg has electricity problems now and then, but there's a generator in the guestouse, and wifi was always available, as well as the lights.

Conway and Natalie were excellent hosts and obviously love and want to share Johannesburg with their guests. The property is beautiful and safe, in a very nice and quiet area. The breakfasts provided were excellent, and Conway or Natalie was there to answer questions, if needed. There is a large and beautiful pool.. Melville is a nice neighborhood with walkable streets and minimal traffic, and there are several nice restaurants we ate at. There is a shopping center that we walked to that had a laundry, ATM, grocery, and pharmacy. Ubers were never more than a couple of minutes away, and we used them to go to the Apartheid Museum and the Rosebank Sunday African Crafts Market.

We have been here for two nights. Great service and friendly staff. It is a cosy and beautiful location to stay. They will give you tips for the best and safest experience in Johannesburg. We will definetly recommend this guesthouse! 5 stars worth!
